False advertisement!!!! I ordered a potato add cheese and shrimp from their menu. When I got my potato the shrimp wasn’t on there. When I called The Salad Factory I was told my a rude man that passed me off to a rude female that they don’t have shrimp, I said why is it on your menu. Was told that grub hub doesn’t update their menu and that I should have used door dash, I said that’s not my problem. The woman also said they are not contracted with grub hub, that’s still not m

Amazing! Fresh everything! The Greek feta dressing is the best dressing ever! The only complaint is the apples seemed like they were soaked in something overly sweet. I understand apples with brown easily so I'm sure it's necessary but too sweet for me. They give plenty of dressing so a second was wasn't actually needed unless you like a ton of dressing it is an extra charge. I've been twice in less than a month and will return when i can!

Was "trapped" downtown today in the same building as The Salad Factory. Opted to visit them instead of walking around trying to find lunch. GREAT decision! Got a whole wheat wrap with spring mix, tomatoes, olives, feta, onions, chicken, with Ranch. It was good enough that I stopped in again before leaving and bought another one for dinner. Ingredients were fresh, the place looked clean, and the staff was attentive, quick, and friendly. Nice job Salad Factory!
Fresh, delicious, and good price! I love a hearty, healthy salad for lunch and this hits the spot. You can tell that the greens and add-ins are all very fresh, and they don't skimp on the serving size. Service is friendly and fast. I get the Greek salad and it is great. It's actually enough for two meals - I take it back to the office and eat half the next day. Definitely worth visiting if I had the enjoy a good salad!!

What a great find an out of town’r. A huge fresh filling salad for the price. I was happy to see the chicken I ordered was finely chopped. Very friendly staff. Much better for digestion. I’d come here more often if I lived closer.
