Was at an event today and experienced the mobile version. $29 for 2 hot dogs (awfull) and dried up french fries. The best thing about the meals was the can of diet coke and a bottle of water that came with it. I will steer clear of this food truck at future events!

Service was from waitress/owner and was outstanding. I ordered the chicken bacon cheese on rye meat and cheese only. The sandwich came out with mayo on the waitress said no problem and sent it back to the kitchen. The cook brought it back out to my after he scraped the mayo off with no bacon on it. Here you go he said. My wife forgot he phone at the table, so I drove back to the dawgs house to pick it up. I met by the other cook with the tattoos at the bar and he said what do want ? To see the waitress please. He said WHY. I been here several times before it’s always been great. But being challenged by an anger cook it not good business!

Not quite sure where to start not a big fan of my experience here today. Stopped by for lunch, there was only one waitress who was running around working like crazy and trying to cover the whole business so I know she was overwhelmed and overloaded, which is probably why they should have two servers. Took 23 minutes to refill my tea that had been finished well before our food got to the table, ordered wings for two people, one person never got them at all, and then my wings came out the wrong flavor and were cold, less than room temperature and closer to fresh out of the fridge temperature, had to spit my food out. Then I had politely, patiently and kindly asked for ketchup numerous times but by the time the one waitress finally brought it to the table the fries and chips were all cold and I couldn't actually enjoy my sides because it took well over 20+ minutes to bring ketchup out. Disappointed and frustrated with my dining experience here today and then another family that was near our table had half of their orders wrong.

Great place for a beer and a dog, or other bar food. Staff is super nice. Food is very good, and the beers are reasonable. Plus, Mich Ultra on draft for $2 all day every day. I love this place.

Have to say the service we got was good and the establishment was clean and inviting but the food, whan whan. I'm a foodie and this disappointed me especially when a dish sounds so good you have an image of the meal and disappointment is the result. As a foodie I don't recommend this place but for a beer you're alright.

Who knew pimento cheese with fried green tomatoes could taste so heavenly? I only wish it was closer to south Roanoke. Ordered on Doordash and so glad I did!
These folks have quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! They called the morning of the event, 2 hours before time to serve and asked if they should still come. We let them know nothing had changed and we still want them, to which the guy replied “I don’t want to come for just 20 or 30 orders.” I let him know the morning of is not the proper time to cancel. He said “it is buddy because business is business”. They were rude to our customers, packed up and left an hour into their 4 hour agreed upon serving time, then used our photos for their social media. I heard they also got kicked out of the Bedford County Fair last year. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else. They are not the “Top” of anything and they will treat you like a “Dawg”

I’ve never in my entire 20 years of living on this planet ever had this bad of service somewhere. I like top dawgs, don’t get me wrong. Food is average and i’m okay with average but you have bad service and average food? Laughable. To start I got the wrong drink. I asked for a coke zero, got a regular sugar coke. Not a big deal but annoying. I ask for a salad, they forget to ask what dressing and also haven’t given us silverware, also not a huge deal. My sister orders two dawgs with ketchup and chili and it comes out with mustard and coleslaw… how do you even do that? She also orders fries and mac and cheese. Mac and cheese never comes out. We ask them to take it off the bill and they do but claim it’s “not even ready yet” 45 minutes later… Fine. Then we order something for our brother at home. Burger and fries. No way they mess that up right? WRONG! we get potato chips instead of fries… Not to mention the server was so quick when taking out order and seemed like they wanted to get us in and out. The second they dropped off the food, I’d look up and they were already leaving the table without asking if we need anything else. Never coming back. $68 down the drain.

Walked in at 11:40am on a Saturday- traveling here for a short trip and wanted a good hot dog lunch. We sat ourselves, and the couple behind us was greeted warmly. Our waitress looked at us like we were bothering her, but took our drink order. Ten minutes later, the couple who sat down after us had drinks and an appetizer and we had nothing. We left. The menu looked great, and the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy at all. We love to find local spots when we travel, but won’t be back to this one.
Great burgers and homemade chips.
