I’ve never in my entire 20 years of living on this planet ever had this bad of service somewhere. I like top dawgs, don’t get me wrong. Food is average and i’m okay with average but you have bad service and average food? Laughable. To start I got the wrong drink. I asked for a coke zero, got a regular sugar coke. Not a big deal but annoying. I ask for a salad, they forget to ask what dressing and also haven’t given us silverware, also not a huge deal. My sister orders two dawgs with ketchup and chili and it comes out with mustard and coleslaw… how do you even do that? She also orders fries and mac and cheese. Mac and cheese never comes out. We ask them to take it off the bill and they do but claim it’s “not even ready yet” 45 minutes later… Fine. Then we order something for our brother at home. Burger and fries. No way they mess that up right? WRONG! we get potato chips instead of fries… Not to mention the server was so quick when taking out order and seemed like they wanted to get us in and out. The second they dropped off the food, I’d look up and they were already leaving the table without asking if we need anything else. Never coming back. $68 down the drain.

Walked in at 11:40am on a Saturday- traveling here for a short trip and wanted a good hot dog lunch. We sat ourselves, and the couple behind us was greeted warmly. Our waitress looked at us like we were bothering her, but took our drink order. Ten minutes later, the couple who sat down after us had drinks and an appetizer and we had nothing. We left. The menu looked great, and the restaurant wasn’t extremely busy at all. We love to find local spots when we travel, but won’t be back to this one.

I stopped in there for the first time today it had a nice atmosphere laid back there was only one person helping to serve everyone. It seemed like they were talking with everyone else and had very little time for service. I sat down and told them I'd never been there before so they got me a menu and told me about the specials ask me what I want to drink then walked off. They continued talking with a lots of other people and then I saw it on their menu $5 for one hot dog After I saw that I knew that this was insane. For example bratchers ice cream has a hotdog for about 2.69 he has a combo two Nathan hot dogs chips and drink $6.99 burger and the squares combo with two Nathan hot dogs waffle fries and a sweet tea will be $9.98. Even Hardee's jumbo hot dog is around 3.50. the only other one I heard with a $5 hot dog was dairy Queen's chili cheese dog. Service was really lacking due to how busy and having to wait too much time to even get anything. The lady was very nice but so overworked. I will definitely not be going back there ever again and I will also tell all my friends and family to stay away from that place I give them an F-

Oh yeah! (Read like the cool-aid man) Stopped into Top Dawg Pub & Deli and gobbled up a mutt dawg and a Chicago dog and they did not disappoint. I can't wait to go back and try more delicious offerings from their menu! Bow wow Wow!!!

The food here is excellent—no complaints about that. However, we usually visit or order during off-peak hours, and the service tends to fall short. It seems like staff members are often in the back and not attending to customers promptly. I’m sure the service is great during busy times when more staff are present. Since we mostly order takeout, a simple solution would be to install a bell on the door so the staff knows when someone is waiting to pick up their order, instead of having customers call and wait for 10 minutes. It’s happened 3 times now.
Food quality was good, very tasty. Very meaty hot dogs. Sweet potato tots were good. Had the pickle chips as an appetizer quite good. Overall rating a 4 as chips were not seasoned and tomato had core left in it.

The onion rings were awesome. The right crunch and they stayed hot for my meal. I do hate it so when onion rings get cold too fast. The hot dogs reminded me of the ones we have at The Varsity in Atlanta, Ga. They have a similar texture in that they are softer than the brats and smokes sausage I prefer. Next time, I will try their brat. The location and environment are lovely, and it feels like a good place to bring friends for a drink, catch a game, and hang out for a bit
