Best Tropical Smoothie in town, Mason always provides fantastic customer service!
Only issue I had is the price. One smoothie was about $9.00

Unfortunately today was not a great experience.
I made sure to tell them I had an allergy to tomato, but they may not have remembered and it was added to my food by accident, but when I told them I couldn't eat the food they gave me, they said either a worker would have to pay for it or I would have to buy another one...
Bummer.
Unprofessional, did not get order right. Told me I could get out of the car n walk in an place the order they messed up. Did not try to make it right. Entitled, poor customer service. Will NOT go back.

Smoothie was good. I got the Island Green and added pea protein to it. It had a fruity taste despite being a spinach and kale based smoothie.
I ordered the jerk chicken wrap. It was also good. Lot of rice and very skimpy on the chicken portion. Pretty good flavor. Black beans and pineapple salsa and jerk sauce was not overpowering.
I will order extra chicken next time for $1.50 more. Not bad price for the extra protein.
I added the apple kale slaw for $1 extra and it was fresh and pretty tasty.
Overall, I don't feel like I got great value for my money at about $22 for those two items.
(Update, I now see where they offer a combo special and it drops the price to a better deal)
It was good enough to go back and try a different wrap and smoothie next time.
Update: I went back and tried their delivery service. It worked well. Tried a different wrap and smoothie.
Baja chicken wrap was good and again with just the right amount of flavor. Not overpowering.
Had the jalapeño corn as the side upgrade. It was good as well and worth the extra $1.
The Acai Berry smoothie had a good blueberry and berry flavor. I added the pea protein again for $1 which is a good deal. Maybe a little too sweet. Not sure if sugar is added to the natural fruit?
(Update: I see now you can order and adjust sweetener added to half or none.)
Excited to try a different wrap and smoothie next time.

I got in the drive thru at 2:17 by the time I got my smoothie it was 2:42. It was over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru. I can understand it being busy but inside wasn’t packed from what I could see. I know other places have the cars move from the drive thru line if they might take longer to get their food and drinks.

Our family stopped by this Tropical Smoothie for a bit of a late lunch. I could tell they were definitely busy and had a lot of orders all at one time. All of the employees were kind, patient, and great to work with (very kid-friendly)! The smoothies were delicious, the sandwiches were fantastic, and we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Im from out of town and had a very poor experience at this location. I've worked at several tropical smoothie locations in Florida and been to one in just about every state they operate in, and this one really had me upset. Every store I've ever been to would pour any leftover smoothie mix from the blender into a small cup if asked. Because I paid for the fruit, not 24 oz of the fruit plus ice and water. If I paid for 24oz and not the fruit, why not just put a little fruit with more water and ice to save money and rip off customers? I've never had someone tell me I paid for 24oz, and not the fruit. Or at least that's not how it was when I worked there. On top of that, I felt like my smoothie was mixed with too much water and ice, with no yogurt added like I paid for. They just pour it down the drain instead of doing the right thing and giving the customer what I paid for. To be fair, the smoothie I bought my brother was delicious. That's why I gave the food 2 stars. Just poor employee/customer relations skills. Not coming back here!!

Went to Tropical Smoothie on August 2nd around 2:15 PM, and the experience was honestly terrible. While I was ordering at the drive-thru speaker, the woman taking my order was extremely rude and impatient, cutting me off and giving major attitude for no reason.
I tried to stay polite and clear, but it felt like she couldn’t care less about helping. Then when I left and checked my bag, I realized they gave me the wrong wrap entirely told her specifically I wanted a Thai Chicken Wrap instead got a Carib Jerk Chix Wrap — not even close to what I ordered.
By then I was already gone, so there wasn’t much I could do. Just a waste of time and money. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon..

Been here the past few times and quality keeps getting worse. Smoothies are becoming more watered down and a guy literally brought the smoothie to our table holding it sideways and dripping everywhere. No one there seems happy to be making the smoothies and are doing it half-heartedly causing most of the smoothies to be like 80% water. Occasionally a good experience is to be had, but it’s a gamble.

Worst service ever. Ordered 2 smoothies and a wrap. There were 2 other patrons in the store and 1 car in the drive through. My smoothies came out but no wrap. My kids sat and stand all their smoothies and people came and went. I finally went up to ask about my wrap and they just mindlessly walked around wondering where the wrap went. Finally one girl started making it. Took another good 7 minutes to make as she took her sweet time. Then when she handed it to me, there was no apology what so ever. Just looked at her friends behind the counter and laughed knowing I was visibly angry about the crazy long wait. Things happen, but a nice, “sorry about that!” Goes a long way! Try better.
