I’ve been eating at Tropical Smoothies for over 15 years. I love the food and smoothies, but dear lord is this the worst location. The service is incredibly slow. Do not go through the drive thru unless you plan on waiting half an hour.

I rarely go to the location near towers bc their gloves are always dirty and it's always a bunch of kids working that are laughing/playing above the food/smoothies they are making. Taking people's payment with the same gloves you go back to the kitchen and prepare food with is gross. My smoothie today had a piece of something that looked like a piece of broken hard candy or cough drop someone had to be eating while making my smoothie. The staff was friendly but training on food safety and cross contamination needs to drastically improve for the safety of customers who are paying $10+ and sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes.

Went through drive through for 1 smoothie. Took >20 minutes. Then found on receipt that staff had charged a 10% tip to my card for the order which I did not authorize. Would highly recommend going elsewhere, and check all of your receipts from this store

It's clear this business can't afford to hire enough people to actually run it properly, or whoever is running it is too greedy to care. Hire more people or just close it down. I'm not waiting 30 minutes for a 10 dollar smoothie and a microwaved sandwich. There was barely anyone in the drive thru or inside, the problem was they only had 2 employees working the entire restaurant.

I have to say hands down this is one of the best Tropical Smoothie locations. They are always polite and the atmosphere is so calming. The manager that works in the morning is awesome!

You will always wait for at least 20 to 30 minutes for a smoothie here. Yes….Its that bad. Just bring a sleeping bag and join the homeless at Towers.

Were kind to interact with, however forgot multiple things in my order after sitting in line for 10 min after being the only car in line.
What a wreck. Employees messed up the orders in front of mine, then skipped me to fulfill others. Only seemed to care about drive-thru. An older gentleman came in while I was waiting 20min (!!!) for my 2 smoothies, and after no one would even take his order for 5min, he left.

Product is good and fair priced. Service has always been slow, even drive thru. My current wait inside was 13 min. Staff is friendly and working. You need at least 1 or 2 more at 1pm on a Friday.

Be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes. This location isn’t like the others. The smoothies are fine, but they just move at a snails pace. They must be understaffed or something. I’ve been here in town for work and went 3 times and each time from the time I entered the drive thru it took me at least 15 minutes to get my smoothie… no line or anything. Idk what they are doing in there

I waited, no exaggeration, 37 minutes for someone at the drive thru to take my order. Not a car ahead of me. I eventually gave up. Am I a fool for waiting that long? Yes! But I like to think the best in people. Never again.

Awful. Haven’t gone in over a year bc it was always slow and poor quality. Decided to go again because we were nearby. Order ahead online. 15 minute wait the app said. Fine. Ended up waiting over ½ an hour for our smoothies. 2 smoothies tasted fine. Two smoothies were so watered down tasting they were virtually flavorless. Mine was almost completely colorless. My two small children had Jetty Junior flavor. Very basic. Strawberry and banana. But the flavor was horrendous. Tasted like it was just the stems of strawberries.
