Such a welcoming and personable staff! Easton, Bre, Savannah, and the others who I didn't interact with as directly were all extremely kind and helpful. The establishment is clean and kept well, the staff is patient and serve their customers well. Everyone deserves a hug, a raise, and a high five!

Tropical Smoothie at Blue Hills Village is always on point! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the smoothies are always fresh and delicious. You can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. It’s my go-to spot in Roanoke—Mason Johnson and the team are doing an amazing job. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!!!

I always come to this location when I'm craving a smoothie. The new dragon fruit one was GREAT. Plus even if they're busy, staff here is always nice and doing all they can. Definitely recommend coming to this particular store though, I've been to others and they definitely aren't as good. I come across town to go here. 5/5 stars! always nice, always good food and smoothies, always clean.

The service was good, the place jusy needed a little cleaning. And please tell staff even of they wear gloves if they itch their nose or the gloves on they should swith them out before continuing to touch things with thwir hands. One last thing rinsing thinga out with just water does not get the residue off things to make a new order in the blender. People could be allergic to whatever was made in the blender prior and it can still cause a reaction. Other than that everything was good.
