Seriously 😳 40 minutes for 2 quesadillas .I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru and than waited another half an hour for the food Do yourself a favor and don’t come here .The food is not worth it too

Be sure to have "wasting my young years" by London Grammar on your playlist as you grow old in the drive through lane. EVERY SINGLE TIME. As I sit here now, I find myself wondering why I keep coming back? I could have walked into a five guys ordered and be halfway through my meal by the time it takes to advance one car at this place. It's convenient to blame the staff, but they all look like they want to do self harm. So i'm wondering if management is the problem?

Went through the drive thru and got a chicken wrap. The size of the wrap was waaaay smaller than usual. We asked about the size and they said "its just wrap tighter"
So of course we drive off and when we get home,there was no chicken in the wrap! So frustrating. We paid 9$ for a wrap with rice and beans.

Horrible! I’ve been visiting tropical smoothie for years but this was my first visit to this location. Not only did they forget an item in the order the food was disgusting. The smoothie wasn’t even made correctly because it was the wrong color. The sweet potatoes were burnt and had a weird taste to them. The smoothie also had an odd taste. I won’t be going back to this location.

Currently sitting in the drive through. I've been sitting here for 45 minutes with no way to get out. The guy that took my order through the loudspeaker was mumbling and acted like he would have rather than anywhere else. Truly one of the worst experiences in a drive through I have ever had. This place is awful.

What is going on with this location? This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I sit in the line at the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Get to the window to find out the order was not even put in the system. I was simply told “I’ve been busy”…. So, I leave with nothing again.

I placed an order using the online app. When I arrived at the drive thru they told me I had to come inside. My wait time was over an hour for just two drinks. I've been able to pick up my order before at the drive thru in the past. I will never use the app again if I have to come inside to pick it up. If I have to wait that long once more, it will be the last time I use Tropical Smoothie.

Ordered online and showed up at the time it said and still waited 20+ minutes. When I finally came up to the drive through and I had to wave someone down for them to even open up the window to let me know that the food was still being made way after the time that it said it would be done by. The workers were friendly but it just seemed like the organization inside that store was a mess.
