I will not destroy a business reputation due to one rude staff member, but I will let it be known of my first and last experience here. My friends and I were up for illuminights and were told there was beer that was sold. This was our first time to illuminights so we had a hard time figuring out where this pub was until I asked a kind gentleman and he guided us here. To my understanding, the pub closes at 9pm, and we walked in at 8:59. There were a few customers inside sitting at the table and around the bar. I asked one of the men behind the bar if they were still serving, a simple question asked kindly, and he said yes. A second later, the woman with the blonde short hair rudely retracted his statement and said “no we’re closed”. I asked kindly, and got a hostile response from the woman. I accepted that they were closed, but felt that her response was impolite, and not the attitude you would want to give to any customer or future ones. I then proceeded to head downstairs to use the bathroom, when I came back up I notice the same woman about to make a sale of a cigar to man with a sweet voice and smile on her face… but I thought they were closed and that’s not how she just spoke to me? I’m not mad that they wouldn’t serve us, and I don’t typically make these types of reviews because I’ve never been talked to like that by a bartender, but it’s not hard to be nice and treat someone without an attitude or snarky behavior.

We love twin creeks brewpub! The wings and burgers are spectacular… on tap selections are always on point. Great food, great vibes. Very family friendly and dog friendly. Plenty of space so you can enjoy! Have a drink, walk a trail, and come back for dinner

Great food, great drinks, and great atmosphere. Convenient and beautiful location right off the Blue Ridge Parkway, in between Vinton and Roanoke. Do yourself a favor and come grab a spot by a fire pit, a tasty beverage, and some wings or hot dogs with tots.

We had an outstanding experiencece at the pub! The staff were awesome and accomodated our large party with no prior notice. The burgers were a hit with our group all around, and I can specifically vouch for the pimento cheese and smokehouse burgers. Excellent beer selection as well. We particularly enjoyed the Slow Water Porter. Thank you to Twin Creeks Brewpub for hosting our group and having something on draft besides IPAs!
