This place is a scam.
Do you desire having soggy, mediocre tenders, a little bit worse than what you might get at a middle school cafeteria? What if they charged you $15 for it?
We ordered from this place. We were not told that the food came from Rock Bottom Brewery. There is no sign. There is no indication anywhere that this is where you pick it up. You have to wander the mall, checking the suite number of every store, until you stumble into it.
The employees were brusque. Half the sauces we ordered were missing, and the tenders were a complete, soggy mess. I would not eat at this place if they paid me to do so.

The tenders were overcooked and tasted like old grease. The waffle fries were undercooked and the coleslaw didn’t have any dressing…. It was just plain chopped cabbage. Definitely a disappointing experience, I will not be back.

absolutely awful. their description makes me laugh as this was the worst place i’ve ever ordered from. chicken tenders were soggy and tiny and the fries were freezer burnt and undercooked and there was a random chunk of something burnt mixed in with my food. gotta say the honey mustard is fire but that’s all

We just tried these out for a lunch \\u0026 learn at work and these chicken tenders are really good - you do have to order drinks and fries if you want them individually, but we got a tray of tenders and a couple of different sauces and everyone (including myself) was very impressed.

As others have stated seems like they send you whatever they want. I called Logan’s since they are in there and have no direct number and told them about my incorrect order. Everything that was missing and incorrect was due to them being out from fries to sauces and seasonings and food was super cold. Do yourself a favor and order from tender shack because this place sucks.

We just tried these out for a lunch & learn at work and these chicken tenders are really good - you do have to order drinks and fries if you want them individually, but we got a tray of tenders and a couple of different sauces and everyone (including myself) was very impressed.

I ordered DoorDash and got nothing I ordered. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich and it was supposed to have cheese and their signature ranch on it… it was plan. And then I ordered the. BBQ waffle fries and got soggy plain regular fries. Big yikes with this place

I've ordered from here twice through door dash and will never do so again. First time ordered 20 regular tenders which were supposed to come with 4 sauces, and 0 sauces were in the bag. Second time ordered 20 regular and 6 Nashville hot tenders (which are a higher price, mind you) which were supposed to come with a total of 6 sauces. I got only regular tenders, 0 Nashville hot tenders and again, 0 sauces. Literally the only reason why I chose to order an otherwise generic chicken tender was to try the various sauces they claim to have. Do they even have any? Not sure, won't bother ordering again.

Just placed a door dash order and received 4 cups of butter and none of the 4 sauces we chose to go with our 20 chicken Tender order. We received regular Mac and cheese when we ordered chipotle Mac and cheese. We ordered waffle fries and received regular fries. Very disappointed with this experience.

We ordered takeout today and were extremely disappointed. This was our first time eating here and pretty much everything that could have gone wrong, did. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, and my husband ordered the chipotle mac and cheese which was completely inedible. We will not be returning.

The food was beyond horrible. Almost every single chicken tender was burnt. Like not edible burnt. My daughter her prefers her food like this could hardly eat. Also the Mac and cheese sucked. I could have went to raising cane's paid less and got drinks for way better quality. Smh 0 starts ?

Ordered 8 wings naked for 7 undercooked yet somehow burned wings. Took over an hour for something I can’t eat! I spent a lot of money for crap! Logan’s aka twisted tenders should be ashamed they even let this leave their kitchen.
