I recently visited Waffle Cone with my friends, and it was an absolute delight! The ice cream was incredibly creamy and flavorful, specifically blue berry cheesecake and cappuccino crunch, and the desserts were simply divine. This place is way over priced. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR OPINIONS AND IN REVIEWS. This place was not worth it I regretted paying for all this. Customer service was horrible he acted as if he didn’t want to serve or help me. I requested pumpkin spice in my latte and he said it would cost extra okay that’s fine. Well he goes to ring me up and says he has to charge me more if I don’t have cash because I can’t pay only 80 cents with my card, yet it’s a apple iPad pay? Pretty sure he could’ve done it so I pay $2 for pumpkin spice flavor on top of my $46 order. If I could get my money back I would. This place is not worth it don’t waste your time. DO NOT GO HERE. Had to tell the guy customer service is key because he acted like he knew nothing about customer service. Horrible all around.

My boba was super expensive and not worth it. It was I believe 8.80 even though it says 7.99 on the chalkboard. The milk itself tasted nothing like boba (even though I received Taro Flavor) and the boba was hard to chew - most likely not cook all the way or something of that matter. The environment is decent, but the drink I got was not it.
