My parents and I had breakfast there this morning. Wanted a place to sit down. Plenty of parking for our car trailer. Our server Justin was awesome and very attentive. Always seemed to know when we need a refill. Very friendly. Reminds us of why we enjoy Waffle House when we travel because we don't have them in Maine! Food was excellent too. The jukebox was a nice addition. I played a tune before we left. Keep up the good work. Nice to have a table already bussed so we could sit down immediately.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a Waffle House. The food was sub par, and the service was bad!!! The waitress (Marlisa) went to the cook and complained about the order, right in front of us. She wouldn't write the order down, so kept coming back to verify it. Then said they had a really rough night, so they were having a bad morning. The absolute worst experience here, usually the go to place to eat, not anymore..... So bad out of 4 customers in the restaurant at 6:10 on a Sunday morning, one walked out because he never got waited on.... The bacon was half raw, the hash browns were burnt, it was so cold in there your food was cold before you could even eat it. Then couldn't make change at the register....Never again....

Awful experience. Ordered from senior menu. Bacon had to be cooked 3 times before it was right. Had to ask 3 times for raisin bread, was given white. But what caused me to lose my appetite was the curly black thing in the hash browns. They said it was a piece of a bristle brush. To add insult, when the server bought the ticket, I was overcharged. My friend ordered a meal with a waffle and never got the waffle. Maybe they were all new and will get better over time.

Food and service was absolutely the best! Texas cheese steak sandwich, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, waffle was perfect! Felt welcomed and had great service! The cook is professional and friendly, really knows what he is doing, hope management will keep these 3 that was working on June 05 2025 cause they work really well together and turn out great food! We would gladly drive from galax just for the food at this location!

Waitress needs to find a new job. Not friendly, not pleasant, did exactly what had to be done and no more. If you aren't happy at your job, move on.
I went very early on a Sunday morning. When I arrived their was a very rowdy crew leaving and they completely destroyed the restaurant. The staff still let me come in after all the commotion and order my food and was still polite after all they had been through. The food came out fast and great!

Ms. Kim and Ms. Brenda are my favorite at this location. They don't mess around when it comes to getting you your food, we go in the so much they know what we like. Josh is hands down the best cook the have there, and I think it's messed up they made him shave his beard. If they didn't like the face mask he wore, they should've given him beard nets.... Just saying. Go in the morning or afternoon. That's your best chance of getting your food correct, on time and with no drama.
