I went very early on a Sunday morning. When I arrived their was a very rowdy crew leaving and they completely destroyed the restaurant. The staff still let me come in after all the commotion and order my food and was still polite after all they had been through. The food came out fast and great!

Ms. Kim and Ms. Brenda are my favorite at this location. They don't mess around when it comes to getting you your food, we go in the so much they know what we like. Josh is hands down the best cook the have there, and I think it's messed up they made him shave his beard. If they didn't like the face mask he wore, they should've given him beard nets.... Just saying. Go in the morning or afternoon. That's your best chance of getting your food correct, on time and with no drama.
We got take out from here this morning. Our household has been wiped out by sickness this past week and this was the first day we really had appetites to eat anything. And before choosing where to get food from, I made a point of saying that all I really wanted was some sausage. My husband went to pick up the order, got home, and there was no sausage in the order. And I paid for a 3-piece sausage. And it’s a massive inconvenience to drive all the way back to get it. Then his food would be cold by the time he got back to eat it. And you can’t call to complain because the phone number just goes to a recording. You had ONE job - read the order and make sure it’s all there when you give it to the customer! I worked in food service for years, it’s not that hard. It just requires you to not be lazy!

We have had breakfast here the last 2 mornings and a wonderful young lady, Rylee ( I believe that's the correct spelling) as our waitress. She done a wonderful job with our order and everything was correct. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly. We will be eating our breakfast here for the remaining time of our trip and enjoying the mountain view.

My children wanted waffle House really bad. So we drove into this particular one. And I regret it so bad. My spoon for my coffee was dirty. I asked for water for our coffees. My water had white stuff floating on it. I'm so disgusted . Also I noticed they are so unorganized in the kitchen. This is the worst waffle house I have ever been to out the state. Server was polite.
