Our first time having lunch at Wasabi's and were very impressed. We love sushi and are always looking for good restaurants so we'll be coming back again. The quality of the fish was extremely high. The salmon and tuna melted in our mouths and the portions were generous. All the staff were professional, friendly and satisfyingly answered all questions. See you again soon.

Wasabi's is a fantastic sushi restaurant located in the center of downtown Roanoke. The restaurant offers excellent service and great food, with the sumo and volcano rolls being customer favorites. The "Love Potatoes" dish is a must-try, described as out of this world. The staff is known for their kindness, attentiveness, and friendliness. This is a somewhat small restaurant, so don't expect a ton of space. The fish itself is VERY flavorful and came in BIG portions, as good as the fish in Tokyo and New York. The atmosphere is praised for its classic Japanese themes, with simple framed pictures of sumo wrestlers and lighting that is just right for an intimate experience. Customers highly recommend ordering the "party boats" for better value and variety.
