It took 5 minutes before my order was taken, with no one else in line. By an employee that acted like he was doing me a favor. Then it took 10 minutes to get a Big bacon classic. Which had a dried out, warm (not hot) hamburger patty, with cold frys. Quality and customer service have left the building

I went through the drive thru. They must need more employees. They were very slow. Perhaps this is the new pace or line service at Wendy's. This is the second Wendy's I have stopped by where the service is very slow. Employees are pleasant but no one smiles.

Don't give you all your food or don't give you the items you need for stuff like your salad. I ordered a pecan salad didn't get the pecans or dressing. I requested no blue cheese cause I'm allergic and paid extra for shredded cheese, but they left the blue cheese and didnt give mr shredded cheese. Making a corporate conplaint since this is a safety issue at this point. No wonder they only have 3 stars. Need better employees. Food is old and stale. Usually I get food at the electric location. Their service and quality is 100 times better.

Waited in line for 15 minutes in a 3 person line for a salad!!! We got to to the window and the girl immediately gave us attitude. I have worked in fast food for years and know that some days are harder than others, but I do not put that on my guests. I also tried to use an offer on the app for $2 off a salad it took the girl 3 trips to the back to get the manger to even get that to work. After the long wait I expected an apology out of someone but all I got was an eye roll.
The worst wendys in all of roanoke, filthy, and not a single employee is there to do any type of work doing drugs outside as you sit in the drive thru. I wish I could give 0 stars this place needs to be investigated

I don't know what happened to this Wendy's, but I am so pissed off because I ordered me some food just today, and the door dash brought it to me, and he was a nice dude, but I paid for my food, and he came up to almost 40 something dollars, and I only got 3 things of it, and it pissed me off, so bad I am really bad with trying to put everything all together, I would rather go someplace else, then have to sit here and keep ordering something that is so close to me if they can't get their own stuff right

Manager was yelling at a door dash driver trying to calmly complain about about how door dash orders are regularly stolen from that location and it's apparently effecting his job or something. I don't know exactly she just screamed "you're not one of my employees" and stormed off like a disgruntled child. Truly a nightmare of a woman.
