Avoid this Wendy's. They are slow and forget to make your order. You could be the first person to show up in a line of 10 people and will get your food last because they for some reason can't figure it out. Even the cashier doesn't have an answer why a simple double burger ordered before 10 other burgers comes out last.

Went through drive through ordered 5 cheeseburgers, 4 large chili's, 4 chive and sour cream baked potatoes. Asked for extra sour cream for my chili and my kids, lady was hateful said we always put extra. I got kids sick at home and my wife and needed a hot meal after I went to work so I left. Get home didn't have no sour cream didn't have any baked potatoes I ordered, cheeseburgers cold as can be. Would not recommend going to this location best part of the regional manager was there as I used to work here. Will not go back rather drive across town since I had to drive out twice because no one can answer the phone

Got food poisoning from this place

It took 5 minutes before my order was taken, with no one else in line. By an employee that acted like he was doing me a favor.
Then it took 10 minutes to get a Big bacon classic. Which had a dried out, warm (not hot) hamburger patty, with cold frys.
Quality and customer service have left the building

My order is normally wrong so I checked everything before leaving the drive-thru this time. Food was hot, they remembered my sauce, but they gave me unsweet tea w/ no ice when I asked for Sweet tea. As a Georgia boy, I had to say something

I went through the drive thru. They must need more employees. They were very slow. Perhaps this is the new pace or line service at Wendy's. This is the second Wendy's I have stopped by where the service is very slow. Employees are pleasant but no one smiles.
