I really enjoyed my visit to this particular location. I noticed the particular crew working that night really seemed to care about the job they were doing. Great customer service and the food was the best I've ever had at any Wendys location.

The guy at the counter messed up taking the order so many times i just took whatever he put in after four or five times of putting in wrong things. The wait for the food i didn’t really want was like ten minutes and they didn’t give me my drink that was supposed to come with it. Literally the worst Wendy’s experience in my entire life and on top of that i was still hungry and thirsty. I would avoid this Wendy’s and spend your money else where.

So I do go to Wendy’s pretty often due to my son loving it there. One day I forgot to place the Baconator on my order plain like I usually do. So I asked as soon as I go to the window if I could still change that. The worker there was talking about how I messed up and we can’t be wasting food to a co-worker in front of me. I was about ready to just say I’ll take the already made burger but didn’t get a chance to. She already told the cook to remake. So luckily for me, I love spicy food and I can handle spicy. But I also know when someone has tampered with the food. Someone put hot sauce on my re-made baconator. Although I love spicy, I thought that was a pretty petty thing to do. Considering I messed up my order once which I hardly if ever do. Not to mention the dozens of times I have ordered correctly and got the wrong order and indeed did not get a plain burger but was home already. I was going to call into complain but decided to just write a bad review. If I could rate this place negative for customer service, I would.

Ordered 2 double stacker combos, no double stackers only extra fries. Looking at reviews, this is common. No one answers the phone and I can’t go back rn. Will go in tomorrow to resolve, of coarse no receipt was given. Will update. $15 for fries while we’re working and hungry is just ridiculous. How you miss the burger but add more fries by mistake? Who ate my burgers?

Had ordered 4 10 pc nuggets. Instead, recieved 4, 4 pc nuggets when i paid the price for 4 10 pc's. Also, was rushed through the drive through for no reason. I couldnt even finish my order and the lady rushed me and assumed i was finished, then when i said i wasnt finished, proceeded to get a bit of an attitude towards me. This is why i stopped going to wendys. Its all the same anywhere you go anymore.

Haven't been there in many months. Other then the last 2-3 weeks. I have been there probably 7+ times. Mainly through the drive- thru, then I started going in. Last Friday night my drive - thru experience was the longest ever. The total time I was in line, paid, then received my food was 35 -40 mins. The cashier stated they were having many problems throughout the night because of angry customers. The only reason I stayed in the drive -thru that long because I was riding with my sister and her son insisted of getting a frosty, so we waited.
