Decent food, service seemed alert and upbeat like they made the best out of working at Wendy's. I had a good experience here.

First time at this location. Clean restrooms, fast and friendly service. Food was HOT when we got it which was much appreciated as that's not always the case at OTHER Wendy's (we've traveled between NC and PA over a dozen time during the past 15 months). Only reason why I didn't give it a 5 on atmosphere is because it was a little warm inside. KUDOS to the owner(s) for hiring a very competent manager.

Since they deleted my last review from about a year ago I'll review again, sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only 3 other cars in the parking lot. There was no one inside, there's no reason for service to consistently take as long as it does here especially when your order is wrong half the time.
Edit- it was a full hour before we got our food.

I love Wendy’s but this store really needs to be trained on how to work together during a rush. It rude to keep ask “anything else”. I’m a pretty sure customers will tell you when they are done with their order. The lady at the first window was very sweet! The people at the food window were rude. Basically shoved my food in my face. My chili ended up spilling everywhere in my car. These employees really need to be trained on how to work together during busy times.

A few years back this used to be the best Wendy’s, not sure if the management changed or what happened but the employees have no customer service skills. The girl taking our order was extremely rude and also put our order in wrong. All of the employees act like they are miserable or have a bad attitude.

This is the worst Wendy's in the world. If I could give 0 stars I would. In the last two weeks my orders have been wrong and they are slow. It's fast food, not wait 45 minutes before you get your food. The white guy that gave me my food was very rude. He came to the window with a mean look on his face. He did not greet me. He kept staring inside my car like he wanted to do something to me. He need to take a class on good customer service, because he did not give good customer service.

1 Star all the way around. Was charged for an order that was canceled & never delivered. Wendy’s has refused to pick up the phone, it just rings until the line disconnects because there is no voicemail so I definitely will never see a refund. Absolutely annoyed, will not return.

Still have decent customer service which is hard to find at a fast food restaurant nowadays. Ketchup pump and soda machine worked. Food tasted good. No complaints.
