1 Star all the way around. Was charged for an order that was canceled & never delivered. Wendy’s has refused to pick up the phone, it just rings until the line disconnects because there is no voicemail so I definitely will never see a refund. Absolutely annoyed, will not return.

This is a great Wendy's Me and my partner had lunch here and the food was very fresh and tasty. The service was quick too. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was very tasty and crisp

Breakfast Cinnabon was stale and cold. Potatoes were cool and chewy Sandwich was aweful.
First visit to this Wendy's. The food was FANTASTIC. My fries were extremely fresh and hot, and the nugs and burger were delicious. The place is massive and clean. The staff were average.
Overall, a great visit. Great for a quick bite.

I love eating here, but lately, it seems like the chili is always lacking the meat. Tonight, I spent nearly $60 and got 2 large chilis. Both had little to no meat at all in it. Just beans and vegetables .. Got to do better Wendy's.

Very fast order and food delivery. Dinning room was clean. Coke machine was filthy. Need to clean Coke machine on a more frequent basis. Otherwise a nice experience. Best so far with Wendy's in Virginia.
