Went there today because we had lost power.Ordered the big baggie meal.Mine was baccon jr.cheese burger,husband ordered the double.The nuggets were cold,and the meat on the burger was Luke warm.Watched 3 people bring back orders that were all wrong.We usually like eating at Wendy's but this was pathetic kids trying to run things just don't get it. Inexcusable gotta do better if you want people to eat at your establishment Would like to add this,today we tried again,ordered the double v BaconTor.It was absolutely Horrible!!meat tasted old,grease on buns,and the 2 combos were over $24We gave it another try 3 strikes and you are Out!Taking our business else where where the food is better.

What is this ? And the most important part of a taco salad ... really what makes it different from just a regular ole salad .... the meat, yeah they left that out too.
All the food was wrong TWICE told them about dairy allergy and they still put cheese on my burger. All the fries were hard and cold. Didn’t fix my food or offer a refund they were just standing around talking including the manager

Service is always good,but if I want a burger on 460 East,I go to Burger King for a good ol' Whopper.Wendy's has great salads.I like their chili,too,but I don't believe they make it the same way every time.

Ordered a taco salad for takeout and who got the order together put the chili on the salad instead of a separate bowl. I did not know this until I got home and now I have a soggy mess. Not happy with slop.

I don't understand why you can't get a taco salad without tomatoes. It's so easy to just make 2 in the morning with no tomatoes and 2 with no cheese but no they just say no. I know it wasn't always this way because I was the GM when the store opened

I placed a mobile order and received notification it was ready after a few minutes. Had to wait 15 minutes after arriving for the order to be put together. What's the point of a mobile order? Should have waited in the drive thru line as it would have taken less time. They looked understaffed.
All together a 0 management was rude over the speaker and wouldn't even look for a item on the menu that we know you can still order it. We ended up not getting food from there but went inside to ger corps number and they said they don't have one

This place is just not managed well. There were 9 cars in drive thru, I walked in, 2 people taking a break in the lobby, 1 person working hard in the whole place, manager and 2 people coming back from break were rude to her because she was trying to help even though she was 5 minutes over past the end of her shift. I shouldn't be able to get this much detail while waiting for a Biggie Bag

So, I went there to order 4 $5 biggie bags, Krabby patty meal and a no. 4 chicken sandwich meal and was charged nearly $55. I had to request the receipt and now I see that I was charged all sorts of weird charges. I'm calling corporate and I'm warning ppl that what you order might cost an extra $10 depending on who is ringing you up. Now the cashier was a sweet kid, but she did the most on bill, probably pressing anything to get the order in at my expense, so I can't let it slide. Sorry Wendy's on Orange Ave, y'all need to train better or y'all need to credit me back. Also, the Krabby patty pineapple drink is smaller than a Pinky toe smdh ps. I never order natural lemonade. I asked for fruit punch or lemonade and was charged for natural lemonade ?

Food was not warm, but the employees are the real problem with this establishment. As I pulled up to the drive thru window they were literally complaining about having to make my order because it was too late in the evening (10 30 pm) and they're open until midnight. They did not even acknowledge me in any way, even after I tried to exchange common courtesy pleasantries multiple times. To top it off, they gave me angry looks! Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
