When ordering our food, the same cashier always adds an extra 50 cents because we order off bag menu, usually a 5 or 6 dollar choice. I have called her on it, the last mgr. just gave our order to us. Today, the mgr. did not know what to say why this same cashier is adding the charge and no other employee or other location has. The mgr. and cashier told me that the Dist. Mgr. told her to do this. Smells like someone is ripping people off here at this location.

Ordered online for pickup. Paid then it disappeared like it never ordered anything. I never got a reply of order. I looked to order again to see if it shows I ordered but it showed nothing. Later I checked my credit card purchases and I was billed for the entire meal. I contacted my card company and placed a dispute. This is rediculous!

Went there today because we had lost power.Ordered the big baggie meal.Mine was baccon jr.cheese burger,husband ordered the double.The nuggets were cold,and the meat on the burger was Luke warm.Watched 3 people bring back orders that were all wrong.We usually like eating at Wendy's but this was pathetic kids trying to run things just don't get it. Inexcusable gotta do better if you want people to eat at your establishment Would like to add this,today we tried again,ordered the double v BaconTor.It was absolutely Horrible!!meat tasted old,grease on buns,and the 2 combos were over $24We gave it another try 3 strikes and you are Out!Taking our business else where where the food is better.

What is this ? And the most important part of a taco salad ... really what makes it different from just a regular ole salad .... the meat, yeah they left that out too.
All the food was wrong TWICE told them about dairy allergy and they still put cheese on my burger. All the fries were hard and cold. Didn’t fix my food or offer a refund they were just standing around talking including the manager
