12/3/2025: Things have improved. New management and employees make all the difference. Between 2018 and now, this place has waxed and wained. At least it has been a slow upward trend. So, this place is about like any other Wendy's or fast food restaurant. Average is 3 stars. Take this for what it's worth.
7/2018: Hey Google, how can I give this place 0 stars? It's hard to imagine that the service here could get any worse but it has. The food is good if you ever get it. Honestly, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
5/2018: I am here for another visit and must take away 1 star. Still out of ketchup in dispensers. Now, they only fill the fries half full. Feeling more robbed than satisfied.
Two stars just because the very good food significantly improved this review. 3:00pm in the afternoon and both ketchup dispensers are out. That tells me no one has serviced the front since before noon. 10 minutes for making a salad? Really? Pick a different Wendy's until this one can get its act together.

For once the fries were actually hot and fresh but there customer service always sucks. To be in a decent neighborhood I would expect better

Never get your order right, I just tried to call and get a refund and the woman told me I was wrong about my order and sat the phone down and walked off, I kept saying hello but all I could hear was the beeping machines, tried to call back, busy line.

Ordered $25 worth of food in the drive-thru which included chicken nuggets. When I got to the window I politely asked for TWO ranch dipping sauces, and I was told that I would have to be charged extra for the dipping sauce. If I can’t get 2 dipping sauces with my $25 meal then I will be taking my business elsewhere. Ridiculous.

When ordering our food, the same cashier always adds an extra 50 cents because we order off bag menu, usually a 5 or 6 dollar choice. I have called her on it, the last mgr. just gave our order to us. Today, the mgr. did not know what to say why this same cashier is adding the charge and no other employee or other location has. The mgr. and cashier told me that the Dist. Mgr. told her to do this. Smells like someone is ripping people off here at this location.
