Used the drive thru and order the chicken ranch wrap they might as well just put the ingredients in the bag and let me make my own. When I got home and unwrapped it that’s the way it was loosely wrap with all the ingredients in the wrapper so I put it back together, then went to order chili and was told we are out with 2 1/2 hours left open. Does this restaurant have a manager after hours because a good one would not have let it run since it’s probably your biggest seller

We stopped here JUST to get 1 fry. My son and I went to use their *Filthy!* bathroom with NO soap and when we cane out, I asked my husband if he had ordered yet and he said no. So then he took a turn and went to the bathroom. At this point ther3 are 3 people in line behind us......my husband came out of the bathroom and we stood together for another 5 freaking minutes and NOBODY took our order.......We were ignored by 7 employees walking by. My husband said when he 1st walked in line the guy said to give him a minute.....10+ freaking minutes later we walked out. Worst damn customer service EVER. WE WANTED 1 DAMN FRY PEOPLE.

It really shouldn't be that hard to put chicken nuggets into a to-go bag, but not here. Everything takes twice as long and still messes it up.

The place was packed with irritated customers due to the computer system rebooting. They kept their cool and got everyone served the best they could with all the customers staring them down. Good job, and thanks for lunch.

Ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a small frosty. I was shocked at the price, $10.79 for that meal. The fries had been sitting around awhile. I hadn't been to Wendy's in a while, and I used to love their fries. The current offering is skinnier, and they're not fluffy inside anymore. The nuggets were so-so. They were hot and most were good. The last few were overcooked. As far as the frosty, it was fine, except for the fact there was no spoon or straw. I had driven away to get to an appointment, so I couldn't go back to get said spoon or straw. So I waited until it thawed a bit and drank it. All in all, I probably won't be returning to Wendy's again. For the prices, and what I got for it, I could have gone to a sit down place in the same vicinity, or hit a deli and got much more bang for my buck. It's too bad, because I've liked Wendy's over the years, great salads, baked potatoes and good burgers and chicken. Not anymore...
