Went to drive thru was asked to wait a second. We received no further help. A line formed behind us where eventually all but one person just left. The resturants was empty inside and as we passed the window leaving the restaurant the worker was just stood not doing anything.

So I ordered food from this place they messed it up so I call and speak with someone they respond with they can’t replace the order!!! I wouldn’t recommend this sorry of a excuse of a restaurant to anyone this is the second or third time it’s happened and I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but no longer will I waste my hard earned money on a restaurant that can’t seem to service the public like it should I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Oder was done at the drive through. Two frosty’s were ordered, when I got to the window to pay I ask for a bag to put them in the cashier said I didn’t need one so I ask two more times “a bag please” the cashier got a bad attitude and was seriously mad and slam the window. Couldn’t understand why she got so upset because I ask for a bag. Not the first time I’ve gotten bad customer service from this particular person.

Not often do you get an absolutely perfectly made drive through mobile order in this day and age, but this Wendy’s is SO consistent and always correct. Must be a good mix of great management and employees. Whatever it is, this Wendy’s is crushing it. Thank you guys. ❤️

Used the drive thru and order the chicken ranch wrap they might as well just put the ingredients in the bag and let me make my own. When I got home and unwrapped it that’s the way it was loosely wrap with all the ingredients in the wrapper so I put it back together, then went to order chili and was told we are out with 2 1/2 hours left open. Does this restaurant have a manager after hours because a good one would not have let it run since it’s probably your biggest seller
