Very bad place to pick up. Spent several hours just waiting for a door. And then several more hours waiting to get loaded. I don't understand why they're making appointments for drivers to come when they're always behind schedule.

12 hours ! No kidding ! Reason? They are under staff ! That could happen, electric could shut down, mechanical issues could happen! But why are you giving appointments for trucks like you are operating with full staff ? The answer is simple … Truckers are slaves , of course they wait …. Unbelievable

This place is horrible been here multiple times try to stay away only got 1 star due to friendly check in staff appt means nothing always 4 hours later before you get a door an another 3 or 4 before you get loaded work ethics of these folks suck .

I’ve been a truck driver for many years, and I strongly advise against delivering the load to this place. They give dock at 9:3am and wait for 10 hours to unload my truck. Zero st🌟

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. When you enter lot shipping office is on the far end across from drop trailers. Will take time to load.
Hi trucks this is horrible facility it took me 10 hours to get loaded arrive at 9:30am for 12:00 noon appointments check in and I was told to park in chipps street and wait phone call finally they call me at 4 pm and loaded at 8:00 pm the only good thing they have restroom available

I have been a truck driver for many years. I recommend not loading up for this place. The reception is very friendly. I have been waiting for 12 hours for them to assign me a door. They also have no parking because they say they can fine you if you stay there.
