I don’t understand the bad reviews. I showed up 30 minutes early and immediately got a door, only took an hour to load. Total time spent here was an hour and change and the staff was very friendly.

I got there Wednesday.at noonAn hour before my appointment to pick up. I left there Thursday morning after sitting 15 and a 1/2 hours to get loaded. You can park over by FedEx on the side street. Nobody bothered me just a long freaking time. I got a door at 10:30 PM. There is a bathroom on property there is nothing while you're parked on the street

The staff in the shipping office was very professional and even started loading me 4 hours before my appointment time. Now this won’t be the the case for everyone, since every load is different. But I don’t know what’s up with these racist reviews I saw on here. Like I said , I had no problems.

YOU MUST PRE COOL YOUR TRAILER TO -10 !!!!! Arrived there at 08:12 for a 09:00appt time checked in and got a dock immediately once trailer got down to -10 they started loading me had a green light and bills in hand by 10:01 lots of room to turn around and back, also street parking next to fedex. Also a roundabout at the end of the street if you miss the turn to come in.
Broker said this was a work in…… been here all day and just got a door. They expect me to run this load over night but ain’t paying that type of money to make an 8 am us food appointment early in the morning. I’m not sure about any other circumstance here but this one is billshit

I mean, I have NO idea why everyone is complaining, got here an hour before my appointment but they are letting me park on their property so once the truck leaves the door and imma hop on… EASY… plus there’s plenty of parking on street, if you run out of parking then just go and park besides FedEx warehouse. SIMPLE. Also washroom inside is available.. come here with -10 pre-cooled if picking frozen food. I’m definitely picking up load from here again. Guy at desk is super cool and overall 5 stars.

Checked in 8:35 pm 11-27. My appointment was for 8:00 am 11-28. They never called me for a door to get loaded until 7:15am. Had to wait 30 minutes for driver to get out of my door. They never started loading me until 9:15 am. Still in door waiting for loading to finish. Very tight backing but doable. Clean facility. Bathroom. But over night parking on Chip Dr. they will call you when they’re ready to load you.
