Ive had one of the most difficult weeks in my life, today the worst until I stopped here. Kaleb made my day so much better with his positive attitude and the fact that he made sure my food was 100%. Dude turned my horrible day around just being a good guy! Thanks man!
If you're an Arby's fan, go for it, if you're a bit of a critic, don't bother, the burgers lack flavor, the sandwiches are lackluster, and they basically have a skeleton crew running the place, overall rating, 3 stars.
Today I was so tired so I decided to stop by Arby's to get supper. They were very busy but the service was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. There was a problem with a ticket ahead of me and the nice lady asked another employee if she would take my order on another register and without thinking she immediately said yes with a sweet smile on her face.
