Consistently good subs and excellent service, at every location I have been to in SW VA. The shore points system gives me a free sub every once in a while. The cheesesteaks are almost always excellent, although once or twice I had one that was cooked a little too long, especially if the location was really busy. They are the best of the sandwich chains at least in this area.
Ordered through DoorDash and when I got my order I didn’t get my regular cause they were out so they sent me two minis !🥰 I love this place !! And even sent a note yall are the best thank you!

I have never left a bad review, or any review for that matter, on anything, but my experience with her was so bad that I had to say something. She was rolling her eyes, cutting me off, talking to me like I was stupid and just had an overall nasty attitude. I will not be coming back to this location because of her.
