I was really pleased with this place no real complaints until now...I ordered a side of zucchini and onions and literally got a cup of caramelized onions. And then I check my food and realize my dinner plate is the same way...man stop it ?

I've ordered here when they first opened and received excellent food and excellent customer service. I ordered today and received RAW beef. I ordered medium rare, so I understand the meat will be a reddish pink, however, this is blue. This is less than rare; almost raw. I'm shocked and disappointed. You could tell it's raw before cutting into it, but cutting into it proves it further. Will all due respect, I'm not trying to get a foodborne illness nor is anybody else. :( I was looking forward to eating it until I noticed this. No wonder why it was so tough to chew. Upon calling I was told I should order "medium" next time. Last time I ordered "rare" and it still came cooked.. Make it make sense I guess?

Me and my family love this place. All of the employees are do friendly and not to mention fast. I hardly ever have to wait on my orders. Always hot and pleasing.
The food was excellent. No complaints about that. But we assumed, because there are tables, that we could eat there. Turns out you can sit but thats all. There are no waitresses. You must stand in line to order, go sit and wait for it, get your own drinks.....very inconvenient and disappointing. We will not do it again. We spent 80.00 and ate like we were in a fast food place. Styrofoam plates and plastic forks.

Have tried this place twice recently, and both times the food was not the best. Today was the worst of both visits, as my teriyaki chicken was hard dry lump. So I ended up throwing out my food half eaten that I had paid $10 for.I had high expectations for this restaurant due to being told by numerous people how great it was when they first opened.

My first and last visit. I ordered shrimp and scallops, which came with rice and vegetables. It was served in a to go plate. The largest section was tasteless rice. The two small sections were 1/2 full of tasteless vegetables with 6 shrimp and 3 scallops. After I ate the scallops, the shrimp was rubber so, I left and ate at Arby's. Perhaps if I had ordered something to cover everything it would have been better..
