My husband, Warren and I had lunch today. After a doctor's appt and visiting a very ill relative in Roanoke, it was very nice, food was excellent and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Just so happened today was my birthday and our anniversary, I was surprised with a piece of pecan pie that was delicious and Happy Birthday was sung to me. I appreciate everything and Brenda is totally awesome! We will recommend to everyone!!!

Food and service were both good but the actual prices are almost double what the menu shows. There was a sign saying prices had increased but it didn't say by how much so the amount of the bill was quite a surprise. Since they hadn't gotten new menus I figured a 25% increase, since that's what groceries have gone up, but no. Everything we ordered was almost 2x the menu price. If the menus were accurate it would have easily been 4 stars.

This gem of a place is one of my favorite spots since moving to Roanoke.
