I just want to say thank you to the staff at the Rocky Mount Starbucks. I went through drive-thru this morning and there was an issue with my food item - nothing serious. I had some place to get to, but I decided to run in quickly to let them know. They were so apologetic and kind. They were definitely very busy, but they took time to handle my minor issue. I want them to know that I truly appreciated their great customer service and kindness.

Every time I go to this Starbucks..cheese danishes taste like ham juice.....they need to delicate a toaster or protect the surface from cross contamination ..cheese should taste like cheese ..not pork fat from ham..separate the surfaces please ..everybody do not eat pork products.. thankyou..

I come through the drive thru on a very regular basis service is always amazing no matter who is working they are very kind and friendly and some of the workers even know my order by name and it’s always delicious!
