I visited this location on August 27, 2026, at 1:32 PM, and the exceptional customer service absolutely made my day! When I asked the young lady taking my order what she would recommend for my 1 and 3-year-old children, the General Manager kindly and quickly stepped in over the intercom to offer the absolute perfect suggestions. Food is mostly very good. The most frustration is consistency in take out orders. 80 percent of time we receive the wrong item ordered and/or items forgot to put in bag. Hard to always have to double check before leaving parking lot. Would appreciate a second look at window to make sure all items are in the bag.
Look the food at this restaurant is actually pretty good. But they tend to get your order wrong often here. I paid for 2 crunchy taco supremes, but I got 2 regular crunchy tacos. It's frustrating 😒 feels like you stole money from me. Stuff ain't cheap anymore, so when I pay extra for tomatoes and sour cream then by golly I better get it. Just try harder to get the order right....it's not rocket science. 😑
