Food is mostly very good. The most frustration is consistency in take out orders. 80 percent of time we receive the wrong item ordered and/or items forgot to put in bag. Hard to always have to double check before leaving parking lot. Would appreciate a second look at window to make sure all items are in the bag.
Look the food at this restaurant is actually pretty good. But they tend to get your order wrong often here. I paid for 2 crunchy taco supremes, but I got 2 regular crunchy tacos. It's frustrating 😒 feels like you stole money from me. Stuff ain't cheap anymore, so when I pay extra for tomatoes and sour cream then by golly I better get it. Just try harder to get the order right....it's not rocket science. 😑
Kylie was very kind: I needed to make a last min change to my order to change it to a meal and she was very gracious and didn't give me a hard time about it (I've been to other fast food places and they'd be rude if I forgot somthing).
