Went through the drive-thru. Employees were friendly. But the shake machine was out of order. I really wanted to try the banana shake that was advertised everywhere on the building and signage. The food was okay. It was really salty. The fries, chicken, Cobb salad, grilled cheese and toast were all salty.
The service is always great but the food is always inconsistent. You either get not enough ranch or they drown the food. Sometimes you get lettuce in a dish that doesn't come with it.
As a southerner living in the Midwest I didn't realize how much I missed zaxbys. The chicken is always on point. The fries have just the right seasoning and oh the zaxs sauce. The staff here were also delightful and kind when we rolled in out of a massive storm.
