The service is always great but the food is always inconsistent. You either get not enough ranch or they drown the food. Sometimes you get lettuce in a dish that doesn't come with it.
As a southerner living in the Midwest I didn't realize how much I missed zaxbys. The chicken is always on point. The fries have just the right seasoning and oh the zaxs sauce. The staff here were also delightful and kind when we rolled in out of a massive storm.
Brian was very nice and explained each wrap flavor when I was unsure of which to choose! Definitely coming back not only for the kindness but food was fresh and hot and dining area was very clean!
