Excellent, and almost too drinkable ciders. The traditional dry is like a glass of crisp early morning sunshine breaking over a frost covered meadow. The fruit versions add a variety of interest. Drinks like cold spring water wild strawberry lemonade. Punches above it's weight.
Okay I have officially found a new favorite cider place. Unfortunately it's 2.5 hours from where I live so I probably won't get there very often. Very impressed with this place as they had 12 different ciders on tap. Luckily it was 12 as we could do two flights of 6 and try them all. There are some very interesting flavors available. Including cider that has been aged in bourbon barrels and some extremely spicy cider. They actually have a cider spiced with chocolate...
During a weekend getaway at Roseland, my friends and I had the pleasure of trying out several cideries & breweries. This one was the closest to the Airbnb, and honestly, it had some of the BEST drinks! Their cider flavors are unique, and there are A LOT of them! Not to mention, the owner was very friendly! The outdoor area was vast and beautiful. I will definitely visit again when back in the area. Get a flight and try as many flavors as you can!
