Wonderful afternoon celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Excellent staff, so hospitable and knowledgeable. We loved the Williams Gap White, blue cheese from a local artisan, and being able to bring a cake!
Absolutely gorgeous place both outside and inside! The wine was great and Vanessa was fun and knowledgeable 🍷🍷
This vineyard starts of grand & is absolutely beautiful to start off. The surroundings are such an amazing setting that you are immediately transformed into true wine country vibe. The tasting room is also pretty decent. However, when it comes to wine, it’s mediocre. The property vs wine is not a true match. So I have taken out 1 point for it. Although, I do love the fact that they are open late and is a nice place to hang out later in the evening especially in summer. Now comes to the worst part about why I gave them only 2 stars is due to some of the staff that work here. Extremely disrespectful, rude & straight out racist. The day we ended up going here with a group, they made a point about our group leaving as they were closing. Please do remember we had family with little kids with us and it was raining. So we all went out and were waiting out as some of us were brining out the cars due the rain. At this point, there was this one girl, who comes aggressively at us and says I still see you here and why haven’t you left yet. We said we are waiting for the cars, and she goes on to say well I don’t see your cars coming, so I don’t care you need to start walking to your car. We asked her to gives us 5 mins to leave and yet she keeps saying I don’t want you here anymore and you have to leave. And the worst part of all this is, there are still people at this winery with open bottles, sitting and drinking where we were waiting and not a word was said to them. This is when I noticed that it was all white people there who were still allowed and sit & enjoy the drink but somehow they don’t like us coz we were a group of brown people and she did not want us to be on the property. I do also want to note, you can go back and check my reviews, this is not something I say lightly and I had to do this review as it was a very extremely unpleasant and unhappy experience for all of us. Almost demeaning in the sense.
Fantastic experience! Gorgeous facility and setting. Great wine and food. Fun atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
I had the pleasure of enjoying a Saturday afternoon at Williams Gap. The service was top tier throughout the entire experience. We sat inside by the fireplace. The room was spaced out well and our sitting area was comfortable. A very pleasant environment to go along with beautiful floors, exposed wood beams, and very well-done bar/tasting area. For the wine the rest of my group did a tasting of the Reds and Whites. Nothing but compliments from everyone. I myself do not drink wine, but they do have a few beers to choose from. I had 2 myself and both were tasty. Well worth the trip.
Williams Gap is a wonderful winery! They have excellent wine, awesome views and their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Beautiful setting overlooking the town of RoundHill. The wine and food were excellent. . . Beautifully designed to provide ample space for customers to sit and enjoy a award winning glass of Williams Gap amazing wine.
Awesome place. Staff was attentive and friendly. Delicious food options. Nice wine. We came here with our dogs and enjoyed the vast well maintained territory. Beautiful vineyard hills, valley and sunset views.
Hands down best wines we’ve had in Virginia. We tasted mostly reds, but the Chardonnay was fantastic; too. Rich and smooth without being too buttery and malolactic. We liked all the reds, but the Cab Franc was our favorite.
We recently hosted a 35-person event at Williams Gap Vineyard, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating, providing personalized and attentive service that made our gathering feel special. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was simply phenomenal, with breathtaking views that set the perfect tone for the day.
The wine is absolutely amazing, and the pricing is excellent, making it one of the best values we’ve found in the Northern Virginia wine scene. Williams Gap is a hidden gem, far superior to the larger, more corporate wineries in the area—plus, it was far less crowded, giving us a more intimate and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, welcoming vineyard with top-notch service and wine, this is the place to be!

Beautiful property, great wine & wonderful staff! I had a last minute change of location for my daughter’s bridal shower due to weather & needing an indoor space. Williams Gap Vineyard was the perfect spot! They graciously were able to accept my last minute reservation & everything was just perfect. Bridgette was amazing & told me not worry about a thing. She was right. We received excellent service from the minute walked in the door. It was a very special and memorable day for my daughter, family and friends. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!!
Williams Gap Vineyard is absolutely amazing!! With a last minute weather change they were able to accommodate us for my bridal shower in one of their private indoor event spaces. Bridgette was so helpful and kind and made sure everything perfect even with less than 24 hour notice. The server that was with us for the day of was amazing as well. The space was beautiful, amazing views from all windows, and was just the perfect spot. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
This winery is so great! The wines are excellent and the staff is the best! So friendly and happy all of the time. They have great food for purchase as well.
The only thing I would suggest is varying the music that is played. We've been several times and it's always 80's bubble gum pop. Maybe some jazz or indie music sometimes? Otherwise, everything is perfect!
Great wine yum
The wine was delicious, the food was made there and good, and the staff was great. Didn’t get to see much of the views because of the rain. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Highly recommend! Bridgette the manager is top notch!
