I rarely go to DD, usually when I'm getting donuts for the office. However, every time I order ahead with the mobile app, something almost always gets messed up. Anywhere from not including a "variety" of donuts, rather several of the same, to being out of menu items first thing in the morning. The frustrating part is that you don't know about the order not being correct until you pick it up. By then, I'm spending more time selecting an alternative...

Their donuts aren't what they used to be when they were made locally, but they're still good. This isn't the first time that one of their drive up cashier's found it impossible to get my order right, no matter how often I repeated it
