My friend and I had lunch here today and it was delicious. The bacon cheeseburger was fresh, not frozen, with lots of bacon and cheddar cheese and it was perfect. The pork barbecue sandwich was chock full of meat, served with cole slaw, and it was delicious. And the onion rings were freshly made and wonderful. And prices were very reasonable. And we loved our waitress! We will go back soon!
Finding a true mom-and-pop diner feels almost impossible these days, but this place is the real deal. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere takes you back to a simpler time. The food genuinely tastes like it was cooked in your grandma’s kitchen—down-home, comforting, and served with sweet tea in a mason jar. To top it off, the service was exceptional. You just don't get this kind of genuine warmth and hospitality in today's world anymore.
Came here for breakfast after talking to locals about where to eat. It’s a hole in the wall diner with excellent food. Restaurant filled up as soon as we got there but the one waitress managed it all on her own. The food was delicious the coffee is great and they even have “that good ice” in their drinks. Definitely a place to hit up when you are in the area.
