I had problems with the app when placing my order. The wonderful lady at the drive thru was was wonderful!! She was so helpful and friendly. My food was great, fresh and hot. Thank you to the wonderful staff in Ruther Glen VA!!!!
For someone from Philly, this was a nice change. The drive thru is manned by real live people standing outside. When you go to pick up your food at the window, there is no person hanging your food out a window to you. They have a full sized sliding door and walk it right to your car door. The food was hot and good too.
Food was good. As it usually is at Arby's. It was fresh and hot with the exception of the fries. They were cold. Thank God Arby's does seasoned crispy fries. But I wished they were fresh and hot. Mozzarella sticks could've been hotter with more cheese melt. That's what we came for. But they were still good nonetheless. The bathroom though was disgusting and unkept
