We stopped in on our way to Clintwood and they keep it so cold in there you have to have layers on. When asked y it was so cold they said corporate controlled it. They need to fix that because ppl was leaving because it was too cold!
I’ve eaten here at least twice a week since 2016. The staff greets me by name, knows my preferences. I get good service and a relaxed lunch for less than fast food prices. You’ll see me in the corner booth!
No service was provided after waiting 10mins with no menus, we left. 2026 update: The overall service has improved significantly since my last rating. I hope that more improvements will be made in the near term.
