Dude. Not even close.

At home with a newborn and no energy to make myself lunch, so I decided to order Arby’s for delivery. I ordered the roast beef jalapeño sliders, but the roast beef was replaced with a jalapeño popper. I’d like to think it was a high school aged employee with a lame sense of humor, but it’s lunchtime on a Monday, so I guess it was an adult employee with a lame sense of humor.

Always wait a long time. Waited 20 minutes in drive through today for chewy old curly fries and a ham and cheese that was so thin it just looked like a bun.

Employees always seem to be high on some. It took over 10 minutes to walk in place an order and leave. Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back. This probably will be the last time.

The employee's there need training on dealing with the public not friendly at all, I had to bring my order back they botched it, I wouldn't recommend this particular Arby's

The food was pretty good. It took forever to get it. The stores are run down and bad need of repair smells like burnt grease, every time we walk into one kind of makes you wonder how your feet's going to be or if it's safe to eat! This review covers the one on west Main Street in Salem and Williamson road in Roanoke, Virginia.

Food was good. New help so fish sandwich was very messy, but still tasty. Vanilla shakes are always good.

We ordered 2 Reuben sandwiches also 2 beef and cheddar with crinkle cut fries. We got 2 beef and cheddar no Reubens and curly fries instead of crinkle cut. DOUBT I EAT THERE AGAIN

Drive thru order, food fresh and hot , service was fast and polite . What one would expect of a well kept and professionally ran Arby's . A+

Food is delicious but water costs as much as a drink. I wouldn't have minded that if the cashier had mentioned it first.

Wait in the drive thru was long and the food was cold. Fries were hard and horrible. For the amount of money paid for the food. It wasn't worth it.
