We decided to try Arby's since it had been a couple of years after a bad experience in the Vegas area Instead of driving to the new one at the truck stop that was real close to us I decided to stop at this location I kind of wish I hadn't. The staff is friendly the food, (most of it) was pretty decent but this burger with a bunch of burnt bacon crumpled on it, was disgusting, obviously we did not eat it. This attempt to reconnect with Arby's was disappointing. I should have left when I arrived and was told that they were out of the Philly cheese. I tried the brisket but it was terrible maybe I'll try Arby's again in a few years. $44.00 wasted

I ordered the bacon burger and it was raw. When I called I was told to request it well done because they just nuke them. How do you just put a burger in the microwave and expect it to be done

Firstly, service at this location is incredibly slow. Secondly, I've ordered a half pound beef n cheddar from here twice in the last month and both times the sandwich had no cheddar. Tried multiple times to call and never got an answer from anyone. Stay away.

Ordered 2 cherry turnovers and got 2 apple?! Potato cakes we under cooked......the roast beef didn't taste the same as before...but ordered 2 cherry and 2 apple....geez really?!

At home with a newborn and no energy to make myself lunch, so I decided to order Arby’s for delivery. I ordered the roast beef jalapeño sliders, but the roast beef was replaced with a jalapeño popper. I’d like to think it was a high school aged employee with a lame sense of humor, but it’s lunchtime on a Monday, so I guess it was an adult employee with a lame sense of humor.

Always wait a long time. Waited 20 minutes in drive through today for chewy old curly fries and a ham and cheese that was so thin it just looked like a bun.

Employees always seem to be high on some. It took over 10 minutes to walk in place an order and leave. Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back. This probably will be the last time.

The employee's there need training on dealing with the public not friendly at all, I had to bring my order back they botched it, I wouldn't recommend this particular Arby's

The food was pretty good. It took forever to get it. The stores are run down and bad need of repair smells like burnt grease, every time we walk into one kind of makes you wonder how your feet's going to be or if it's safe to eat! This review covers the one on west Main Street in Salem and Williamson road in Roanoke, Virginia.
