Donuts are o.k., coffee is blah! (McDonalds is much better), breakfast sandwiches are just like any of a dozen different ones you can buy on Main St. here Everything is OVERPRICED, service is slow, and Krispy Kreme donuts are MUCH better.

Placed an app order at 6:34 am. States on website, app, and sign on door that they open at 5am. Drove there and not opened! Called and called. Finally at 1pm someone answered. Never apologized. Just yelled at me that they were short staffed and wanted to know when I wanted to come pick up my order. When I stated I wanted a refund she stated she would do that but still waiting 2 days later for my refund. When I asked what time they would be opening the next day to see if I could pick up the order then she yelled at me that she had just told me they were short staffed and had no clue when they would open each day. Will never be back after such awful service and will be calling corporate tomorrow to see about my refund!

I don't stop at Dunkin' very often, but I was happy start a morning drive with some great iced coffee and a few awesome donuts!

Do not go here waited over 20 min in the drive thru that only had 2 people in line total and left as they didn’t even take before we left

Went there today at about 12:30 pm. Went inside and waited roughly 20 minutes before being assisted. They focused on their drive-thru instead of customers directly in front of them. Poor selection of donuts, the guy behind the counter had a poor attitude and water was dripping from the ceiling where you order your food.

This place is so bad, I wish I could give it a minus zero. No matter what time of day you go there, they have a very limited selection of donuts available. Constant turnover of employees and management seems to be a big problem, also. People like the coffee and that's about the only good thing I can say about this shop.
Stopped her on Sunday on our way somewhere. We dont live in the area and were hoping to get something good for breakfast. We went thru the drive thru. They were quick to take our order. The person working drive thru never gave me my total and just told me to pull around. Our order was 4 wake up wraps, two with bacon and two without. I sat at the window for what seemed too long but I'm not sure it was. Our order was correct and we drove off thinking everything was ok. My wife started eating her first one. She said this tastes like Fabulouso smells. Also the eggs texture was different. We have noticed now from three different stores in two states that dunkin is making their eggs differently and not for the better. My first one was not great but I ate it. Then as I am pulling onto the highway I bite into my second one. This cold liquid squirts out of it. I am not sure what it was. My guess is it wasn't cooked all the way, that's why it was cold, and the liquid was just from it thawing out. I didn't eat it. Very disappointed.

The donuts are amazing, made right in front of you, and by a really nice family. I get mine glazed on one side only so it's a little less sweet. We drive all the way from Daleville for this Saturday treat.
