Can't rate atmosphere as we went through the drive through.
The service was ok, but nothing to write home about.
But MAN!, the food was hot, fresh and awesome!!
I'll go back to this place!

I would have given a 0 but it wasn't an option. I went to get some lunch for 3 people. I was assisted by a man dressed like a women with red weave in his hair whose behavior was unprofessional. He was rude had an unpleasant attitude and was dismissive throughout the entire interaction. To make matters worse, not all of the food I paid for was in the bag. I went inside to address the issue. He was holding the bag in hand as if he was waiting for me. Then he proceeded to throw the bag towards me. All the food was cold and dry and looked nasty. It appeared to be put together by a two year old. I had to throw all the meals out. 3 different meals and they were all screwed up. I will be addressing this issue with corporate. If this individual doesn't like his job he needs to find another.

Absolutely.Disgusting food isn't fresh staff very rude. I only gave it a one star because I had to or it would be zero. The price you pay , they should take more pride in the food.

I was in town for work stop by to get breakfast went inside. I was the only customer inside. There were two workers in the bag. I stood there 10 minutes then one of the workers in the back yield do you need something? I said yes and she/he responded well, you didn’t say anything And I responded that I didn’t know I had to. She/he said yes you do because we don’t know anybody’s out here unless you yell for us. So she/he proceeded to make my breakfast wrap with no gloves or tongs. She/he picked up the egg, the sausage and a cheese and wrapper with no gloves, bare hands. I could not believe what I was saying, as I was walking out I threw my food in the trash. Money, wasted, poor customer service, and unsanitary employee. And I put she/he Because I don’t know if it was a man or a woman. Look like a man dressed as a woman With red weave in their hair

I've been to this location several times, but this is the first time I've been inspired to write a review and I really hope that management sees it and commends the employee.
My son and I went to Burger King today to grab some lunch and head home. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, but we went ahead and stayed... total wait time was just over 30 minutes. Now, you would think that this would elicit an angry one star review, however the employee that I interacted with definitely made all the difference.

I don't know her name, and there is only an employee number on the receipt. However, she was pleasant the entire time despite the stress the situation was causing. This location is no doubt understaffed, as are most fast food restaurants in Salem, and while she could have been short fused and shown her frustration she instead was kind and wore a smile on her face. She took our order at the drive through, received our payment at the first window, and then served us our food (which, was fresh and hot) at the second window.

A Big thank you to Burger King and especially the employee at the drive through this afternoon, 9 June, around 1230.

Ordered an original chicken sandwich. Easy order, right? Wrong. Waited 15 minutes for it in the drive through and I was the only one in line. I get the sandwich and it has nothing on it. $6.11 for a slab of chicken. The employees looked clueless and were disorganized. It’s not that hard!

Book me and my husband ordered combos. I got the chicken sandwich and he got a cheeseburger. All the food was hot except for my chicken sandwich and it was cold. Bun chicken and all.

Burger King offers a decent fast food experience with their classic flame-grilled burgers. The Whopper remains a standout, and the fries are crispy and satisfying. Service can be hit or miss depending on the location, but overall, it’s a reliable choice for a quick meal. Friendly staff here and fast service. Easily accessible with plenty of parking.
