They do a really good job at the Sheraton Dr Burger King in Salem . I have been by here 5 times so far . 3 times by myself , once with a friend and once with my son . Every time my whopper has been fresh , my onion rings are spot on . They do their onion rings perfectly ! The fries are always fresh and hot. This is my new favorite BK . The staff is very friendly and welcoming . I appreciate them

I usually have a lot of problems getting my order prepared correctly at this location. The last visit I had, my food was wrong, and the mozzeralla fries were so overcooked the cheese was gone. This time I was really impressed. The staff was amazing, the food was hot and correct. Good job guys!

Hot food that is delicious and put together well. When I go to other restaurants, the tomatoes on the burger looks old but here at this location, everything on the burger is nicely put on and not running out of the bun. Makes the meal moore inviting and tasty. Best one around Salem/Roanoke area.

We have come through this BK drive-thru many times over the years. Service is typically average, but lately it seems to have improved. Chris was the gentleman that handled our order in the drive-thru this morning and he was awesome. Super tolerant of our last minute order change and happy to help, even on the rainy holiday. Made the day just a little better and our experience 10/10.
