This place needs NEW management. The food has went downhill!!!!! Very much so not like this restaurant!!!! No cheese on my cob salad for 2 orders now. On this salad, the chicken was refried to heat up. Absolutely gross dark dark brown and you could squeeze the grease out. Didnt even taste like chicken. Has no cheese been ordered? Wisconsin has shunned the rest of America? Has everyone gotten so lazy and lax in their work that they serve food from lunch refried? Ive wasted enough money here. Too expensive for crappy food. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. No work ethics.

I don’t recommend any fast food restaurant that takes a practice of not making it a standard to provide trays for their dine-in customers. The Salem chick-fil-a has continued or “hopped on the bandwagon” by following a dreadful practice started during the Covid pandemic of serving all food in to-go bags. This results in unsanitary conditions as people make their own eating surfaces (napkins or the paper bags) while others eat directly off the table like animals. It is LESS sanitary for the restaurant to not provide trays. Thanks for treating your Salem patrons like animals. All of this results in messy tables. The corporate fast-food giants like chick-fil-a would have you eat off the floor in their restaurants if they could. Disgusting.

Food was good. When we went they were pretty busy. The one girl working the drive thru could use some additional training- there was a line and she stopped working to look at sirens passing by and then proceeded to two cars behind us without taking our order. Luckily we were able to get the other girl's attention to get our order taken.

I have to say that when it comes to fast food, Chick-fil-A usually delivers. They usually have two lines of cars going. It seems to more very quickly. The inside was nice and clean. The team behind the counter was quick and seemed to work good together. I had just sit down and my food was coming out.

I usually love Chick-fil-A for the speedy service and fresh food, but this Salem location has been consistently disappointing. The service is extremely slow every time I visit. A few times my mobile order has been brought to me while just passing the order boards, which is “speedy” but then you're trapped in the line another 10+ mins with your food so the food definitely doesn't taste fresh by the time you get to eat it... Most of the employees seem to be near retirement age, for real I've never been to a Chick-fil-A where 90% of the workers are 55+ and while they’re polite, it ALWAYS feels like they’re struggling to keep up with the pace. This location needs some serious improvement in speed, efficiency, and food freshness.

This Chick-fil-A is always busy, but they keep things running so smoothly that you’re in and out in no time. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Like most Chick-fil-A locations, the prices are a bit on the high side—but the quality and service make it worth it.
