I had an issue with my order. I left feedback and the manager of this location reached out themselves and basically blamed me for the issue. I then responded to their email with my concern and they never emailed back. I emailed again 2 weeks later and they still never emailed me back, so it seems they obviously don't care about customer service. Sucks bc I've been coming to this location for years for probably once at least once a month. Sometimes more. But their apparent lack of caring to answer their customers makes me not want to go back.

Met up with local family members here while traveling through town. Everyone said their food was great, order was correct. Waffle fries were hot and crispy, salad was good, no complaints from anyone on their items.
Vegetarian options: There aren't a lot of good vegetarian options, but sides (kale salad thing, mac and cheese, eagle fries) are good and you can order the Cobb salad with no chicken or bacon ("salad base").
I am 54 and have had chic fil a for many years. I worked at a chic fil a back in the 80’s - I have never walked into a chic fil a, stood as the only customer at the counter and have not one employee acknowledge me. I was shocked.Three employees looked at me and continued doing other things. This happened twice….. it wasn’t as if they weren’t working, they were just not at saying hello to the customer…..atleast not the counter customer. My sandwich was great and my husband’s was the worst he has ever had…our fries were eeehhhh……not fantastic. I was very surprised. Do better Salem.

I don't care for chic fila to begin with but when I ask an employee if they have a trash can and she looks at me like I am stupid and just walks away like she didn't hear me because she asked me what did I say, yeah probably won't be going back any time soon! That just adds to my list of why I don't like your company!!!! All I wanted was a maple chick fila sandwich which I just found out existed and now it's gone wth is that about? Stop introducing things and then take them away! Noone cares if it's winter, summer, fall or spring this is not Starbucks yall. They do a better job!
