I usually love Chick-Fil-A and have never had any issues with them before. Everyone is always so nice and the restaurant is clean. The fries lately are terrible !!! They're floppy and there's no flavor to them at all. They need to go back to the old fries. The pea starch was not a good idea. And paying $14 for the new pretzel club combo was a waste of money. It was not worth it. I was so let down. Chick-Fil-A what is going on?

I was traveling through on my way back from Canada and wanted some comfort food. The soup and nuggets were exactly what I was craving. The woman taking the order could see I was tired and we had a chat (it was later at night with no line). The soup was better than I expected. It hit the spot. Friendly and welcoming service. I've stopped twice while traveling and both times met or exceeded my expectations.

Better than average Chick-fil-A. Service was outstanding as is typical, Martha was excellent. Noticed a two lane drive through with attendants. Chocolate milk shake very tasty! We will be back for sure!
I come to salem every other week to visit my father. And buy chicken minis for him. Elona is all smiles in the drive through. Absolutely makes my day.

I ordered the new Pretzel Cheddar Club combo, it was NOT served on the pretzel bun as advertised. It was on a dry, stale seeded bun.Had I been informed of this beforehand I would have ordered something else. Paying $14 for something and not getting what you pay for is unacceptable. Went through drive thru and didn't have time to go back.

I’ve been to many CFAs in my day but I’ve never had such a smooth, immaculate experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was attentive and accommodating and the food was ready super fast. Even at busy lunchtime we didn’t have to wait at all. Yannie took our order and was very sweet, then Linda kept herself very busy tidying up and ensuring guests felt welcome. Wish our CFA back home could be like this one!

We usually go to the one at Valley view, but we went to Salem. It was the worst food that I have ever received from there. The fries were not done and cold, plus the chicken had been sitting a while. Our meal was 35.18 we ended up giving it to our dog. Very disappointed. If you need our receipt I have it. Maybe just bad timing to get a meal, but waste of money.
Truthfully I only get the mac n cheese here. Hard to find good Mac.

I went to the location in Salem Virginia at 4pm today. We ordred 1 deluxe sandwich with fries and a regular sandwich. Needless to say, it was very unsatisfactory. The chicken was tough as if it had been under a heat lamp since this morning. The fries were cold. The bun could not be cut with a knife. The only good were the 2 peach shakes. This disappointing experience was a surpise and a $25 mistake. I am sure you are capable of better.

I used the drive thru to collect my breakfast and had ordered thru the app. Another individual in front of me had done the same. For my first time ever at Chick-fil-A, the wait for the food to be available was unacceptable. The food, however, was delicious as always.
