My honest first impression. Never eaten here before and decided to finally try it so i ordered delivery. $28 for a burrito and chips. I was litterally 5 minutes from the location so it wasnt the delivery driver. The chips were cold hard and tasted like overpowering salty, salty lime. I threw them in the trash. Could not eat them. The burrito had not been placed on the grill and was ice cold and missing the sour cream I ordered. It too tasted like a straight up lime. Very disappointing because it had lots of great ingredients that I couldnt even taste. I put the queso from the chips on the burrito and managed to eat half. I would have been better off ordering a bag of limes. It appears that all of the employees that were working at the restaurants already shut down around here are now employed at the ones currently open. Guess they are working on getting them all closed. Pretty soon Salemites will be cooking alot. No work ethic.

This is a really great chipotle! We stopped on a road trip after ordering online. The food was ready on time. The serving size was amazing and all the components were properly cooked- no crunchy rice or hard beans. If my local chipotle was this good, I’d be there much more often.

I did a pick up order at this location and they got every part of the order CORRECT which was a major relief cause it was an order for 4 people and usually an order that large usually something goes wrong, but nay nay, not this time. My rice was super tasty, it had a hint of lime to it and I'm trying to figure out what I put in my bowl that added that flavor cause it was fantastic. The young lady running the pick up window was also very friendly. I would for sure go back to this location!

Wet floor that my son slipped on. The wet sign was up but the spill was more than spread out over the surface area rather than cleaned up. Dirty tables, benches and floors in the eating area. Full trash cans. Empty napkin and silverware holders. They had no water cups but were more than happy to sell us soda cups. It's evident that the manager/ store supervisor has no pride in their store as this problem, based on other reviews, has had the same problems for a long time. Skip this Chipotle and drive on to the next one.

Place is always dirty, when I came to pick up an order for someone else I was met with passive aggression telling me I was 10 minutes early. They make the orders wrong constantly and the management does not give 2 craps about it, and when you tell the people at the prep station, they are rude and tell you that that’s what you ordered even when you have the receipt to prove otherwise.

Always something wrong at this location,...Can't accept cash, out of dressing, out of chicken, pay terminal isn't working, order online only. The Salem and Towers Chipotle locations are the worst Managed restaurants. I will not be returning
just went in to get tacos and they put the smallest portions i’ve ever seen on my tacos. i feel like for $12 for 3 tacos they should put more toppings than they did. my tacos barely had any chicken and were skimpy in general
