Shouldn’t run out of multiple options over an hour prior to closing

Ordered a "side" of rice. In a bowl, it usually costs $1.00, but here it was $7.45. The rice was undercooked to the point it was crunchy. Then, on my tacos, i ordered steak and server literally put 4 chunks on each taco - I had to pay $5.35 to get"extra" meat just to get a normal serving. My wife also commemted on her chicken bowl - half the usual serving size. We ABSOLUTELY will NEVER go to this Chipotle location again

Every time I go in this restaurant it’s dirty. Tables need wiping, condiment area, drink machine, trash can running over and floors all need attention.
Ask for tray to carry my food to the table and they said they had none. There are none because they’re all dirty next to the drink machine. The restaurant is not busy, so the employees are standing around talking when they should be cleaning area for their customer's. They said they are out of bags of kids chip I guess because they are too lazy to make any more, but they are happy to sell you a big bag of chips to go with the kids meal.
I asked a question about an item on the menus and got a smart ass answer which did not answer my question, so another employee was nice enough to step in to answer my question.
It will be a long time before I come to this restaurant again. Disappointing!!!

We ja e had several bad experiences at this location. Staff is consistently rude, not acknowledging customers, speaking as if the customer is a bother and rushing orders. Additionally, the interaction between staff seems unprofessional in front of customers. What a horrible work culture. The food itself is also consistently bad. Namely the meats, dried out and hard. They should be ashamed to serve some of the things they expect you to pay for. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Ordered on app and women who was there was so rude and ended up forgetting stuff in my bowl. She needs to be fired because her face seemed like she knew she forgot to put the guac that I paid extra for on there…

Take caution if you choose to eat here currently have food poisoning from having a steak bowl yesterday. Let’s just say I haven’t got off the toilet and also throwing my guts up. This is the worse feeling EVER. I won’t be going back here. Please take more care of your food preparation. I have to miss work today because I literally can’t stop throwing up.

Colyin has terrible customer service server as a host and store manager, we came to the store asking for a vegetarian bowl and 2 salads dressings. She insisted that we can only have one salad dressing and we cannot even buy one. This is the most terrible customer service we received in a Chipotle. She wasn’t able to keep the customer happy with simple request. I hope that this incident is not taken lightly.
I also had to ask for her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and the receipt shows a name of Ashely as the host, so I don’t even if she gave her real name.
We also noticed the person cutting the beef in the back had long hair and wasn’t even wearing a hair net. We are glad that we ordered the veggie bowl.
We as family would never visit this chipotle again.
I hope this experience is not taken lightly. We submitted a review one the chipotle website as well.

Place is good , customer service is great, the establishment it self is very dirty , floors are dirty ,tables are dirty with the amount of staff in the place this establishment should be spotless.
Other then that is a okay place to catch a bite to eat.

The line staff were all very nice but an incident occurred while I was there and the general manager handled it very poorly. She was rude to a customer and practically threw water cups at him. Unfortunately she modeled poor behavior to her young staff. I would not want her managing my company and I hope Chipotle reviews customer service with her.

After eating at the Salem location several times a week for over a year, I will no longer conduct business here. I was refused my complete order after showing them my mobile receipt because it did not show on their screen...I was told to call a 1800 number after receiving an incorrect order. Customer service is non existent in this establishment. The manager on duty was rude and of no assistance. Furthermore, the meals here have become increasingly inconsistent over the past 2 months and the food is very "hit or miss". The sanitation has also diminshed greatly in this facility. I have reached out to customer service on this matter and a received very vague apology via an email response, that was of no assistance. Chipotle in Salem, VA is not the establishment I once enjoyed.
