Never again! Ordered pizza and had not garlic crust seasoning. It's the only reason we really like dominos. Called the store, a lady or manager was in the background cursing and yelling about why we called. I'm sorry if I pay for something I'd like to eat what I ordered. Then we ask if they can at least remake 2 of the pizzas. They said yes but my husband has to go get them! I certainly won't eat it now because I'm sure whoever was yelling will spit in my pizza. I'll be using a new location from now on.

As a former manager of a restaurant myself... I'd rate this location 10 stars if I could. They were SWAMPED and handling it with such speed and grace. The employees working tonight deserve a short out. Fabulous experience and I was FLOORED at how fast and fresh the food was. Excellent service, y'all!!!

Placed an order for carry out 45 minutes in advance of arriving to the store. Waited in the store for 30 minutes. Was told the order wouldn't be ready for at least another 2 hours after confronting the cashier. Understaffed and unprepared to say the least.

Okay so I get it was a Saturday night on a football weekend but you couldn't even make a Philly cheesesteak pizza? All I got was a dried out cheese pizza with tomato sauce and a little bit of Philly meat on it shame on you

Placed an order for 1 cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza an hour and a half ago. It came and they were both pepperoni and they were burnt. I called dominos and they sent out a replacement, it’s an hour later and here I am still waiting. Every time I call, it’s another 15-20 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. On these pizzas, they weren’t even cheesy. Burnt to where the cheese was just hard. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Also every time I order the buffalo chicken sandwich they put like 3 pieces of chicken on the whole sandwich and it’s just me eating bread and sauce. This dominos is such trash! Will not be ordering from this joint moving forward!

I went in for a simple pepperoni pizza and I had to deal with this extremely rude employee named Becky, who did not care to listen to me and put my order in completely wrong right infront of me, which made me repeat what I actually wanted and she didn’t bother to fix her mistake. Very unprofessional By Becky, I will not be returning and if I do I hope to not be met with Becky again.

Came here after a horrible experience with Pizza Hut at 2 different locations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious, they even without throwing a fit double cut the pizza so I was able to handle it easier due to my hands having issues. The pizza was the any pizza any size any toppings for $9.99 the cook made the pizza look good on top of it tasting great. I do highly recommend coming here.

We're traveling through and wanted to try the new stuffed crust. The only good thing was the delivery service. He was prompt, and so courteous. The food was awful. We spent nearly $100 on a pizza, wings and pasta dish. The pizza, if there was any, was terrible; with the exception of the stuffed crust part, that was very good. The wings were thrown in the box not tossed around in the sauce, it was squirted onto it. They charge per dipping sauce! I've never had a place charge for even the one dipping sauce that should've come with the wings! The pasta dish was good. We will never order from dominoes again, regardless of where it's located.

Online ordered and estimated time was 10 minutes. Took me 20 mins to get there. I get there and they haven’t even started my order. Guy working the counter was unapologetic and refused to accept accountability. I believe his name was Samuel. Awful employee. I chose him to cancel the order and leave.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times as I work in the area and between Roanoke and Salem this is one of the BEST dominos. The service here is amazing. Every staff member I’ve have conversations with are so pleasant. Andrew & Jacob are always so kind and helpful. I would come to this Dominios just because of the service idc if I was in Roanoke. They also NEVER get the order wrong or make bad pizza. Just always A+ from the entire team!
