Ordered a coffee it was labeled correct but had no flavoring (blueberry) and not sure it had much coffee. It tasted like warm milk. Tried calling and all other methods of contact and couldn’t get through to anyone. They have limited food options (regularly) and service isn’t great.

On our way to vacation we stopped her service was great and by coincidence we stopped here on our way home too. Very polite and very quick service restroom also very cleaned.

Takes to long to get served here, either employees need better training or faster workers it shouldn't take 20 to 30 minutes to get a box of 50 munchkins!! I will not come back!!

Ordered on kiosk, got drinks fairly quick. Also got hot food, waited around 5 minutes. Waited on donuts for 15 minutes while they are sitting right there. Filled at least 5 to 7 different orders before we had to remind them. When we told the worker she blew it off like no big deal, and said they didn't know about the donuts. Not like I was standing at the pickup counter for 15 minutes for no reason.

Drive through line extremely slow.
Ordered two medium coffees. One was small. Service was so slow it wasn’t worth going back to fix.

Slowest DD I have ever been to. Took them 5 mins to take order and more than 15 mins to make 2 small cup of coffee. Asked for receipt and they ignored.

Only bought coffee. They were very busy in drive through so we went inside. Staff was attentive. Coffee was fresh and given in a timely manner. Bathrooms clean. Atmosphere clean.

I would really want to give zero stars. If your server give an excuse for burnt and dry hash brown as “this is how we make it” then i am sorry either you need to get some training on cooking or i have been eating wrong food till now.

We waited for over 15 minutes (for a mobile order), for 2 iced coffees. When we got them one tasted so had we threw it away. Needs more staff, better management!

Waited 15 minutes in the drive-through that did not move at all so I went inside to attempt to be served. Waited an additional 10 minutes with other customers that were inside only to be told that I should go to the drive-thru because they’re only serving the drive-thru right now absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable when you could visibly see that there were four different staff people on shift

I went in and ordered on the screen and waited for my food like everyone has to and I got my food and drink which was really good the people are super welcoming and nice. Definitely recommend this location. 🙂
