Absolutely the worst dunkin you could go to. Stopped by and ordered the new peppermint iced coffee. We'll I was given a hot one and I told the lady it was supposed to be iced. I apologized to her and she said its ok . Well she pored my hot coffee over ice and handed it to me and shut the window. So now I have a cup of melted battered down ice with melted whipped cream . There is another dunkins in ellistion that is SO much better. Avoid the salem location dont waist your money

My brother and I each got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and they were both burnt black. We also ordered a dozen assorted donuts and they didnât give us the ones we ordered. The only thing decent about our order was the coffees and the lady at the window (she was nice).

Ordered two dozen donuts for a total of $31. Tried to pay with a $50 but the cashier said they can't accept anything over a $20. I had to cancel the order. I hope the manager sees this and realizes that a sale and a customer were lost because of this policy. Many people still like to pay with cash, and most local ATMs give out fifties.

Came in at 12:30pm and asked an employee if they still had the $3 medium drinks after 1pm. He said they do but it wasnât 1 yet. We said we would come back in 30 minutes to get the promotion and they said ok. Came back at 1pm and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order, only to find out the promotion had ended. Employee who told us earlier that we could come back said he was âunsureâ they had the promotion when we asked earlier. Not going back to this dunkin.

Wraps were cold. Coffee tasted like water, no flavor or sugar. Bagel sandwich tasted weird and not very hot. Traveling through area so we purchased and left without realizing how terrible it was.

The workersWe're not in a hurry by any means.. I went inside and wasn't greeted not once. I'm from out of town.So I didn't know you were supposed to order on the screenI was waiting to be attended to and I stood there for a long time, and no one said a word.... I was the only one inside the store.There was five cars in the drive through, and that's the reason I went in. The food was decent.They were very generous with the bacon.When it comes to the avocado toast, sometimes dunkin'.As a whole is stingy with the bacon, it was good.The donuts were fresh.I was just disappointed with that particular visit.Maybe there was some new employees...

I was there this morning around 0530 am and they were amazing! Great atmosphere and great service! The emplpyees and the manager seem like great people!
Ordered a coffee it was labeled correct but had no flavoring (blueberry) and not sure it had much coffee. It tasted like warm milk. Tried calling and all other methods of contact and couldnât get through to anyone. They have limited food options (regularly) and service isnât great.

On our way to vacation we stopped her service was great and by coincidence we stopped here on our way home too. Very polite and very quick service restroom also very cleaned.

Ordered on kiosk, got drinks fairly quick. Also got hot food, waited around 5 minutes. Waited on donuts for 15 minutes while they are sitting right there. Filled at least 5 to 7 different orders before we had to remind them. When we told the worker she blew it off like no big deal, and said they didn't know about the donuts. Not like I was standing at the pickup counter for 15 minutes for no reason.
