Food was fine but they didn't have the coke or sprite and their solution was to just not have anything in the bag. At least tell someone or leave a note on the bag it's so tiring always getting screwed over by these restaurants. Also didn't give me any chips and expects me to eat soup with a fork.

My first time to firehouse subs w my husband and toddler and I had a FANTASTIC experience thanks to the WONDERFUL staff! Not sure their names: a manager (long brown hair), a blonde girl and young man ( I think in training) and they were great. The manager was very kind and patient with our extremely complicated order and very kind w his coworkers making it a great atmosphere for myself and my family to enjoy our dinner. The hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and I hope others and upper management acknowledges that!

Im pretty sure this location is skimping out on the food, any other location I go to has larger subs. Also, not sure when they stomped but the neck beard felon behind the register that just “loved” his job informed me that they no longer offer a Military/First Responders discount. I thought the whole point of this place was that they offered a discount for those of us that have served this country one way or another, maybe im wrong; But, I will no longer be coming to this location. The Keagy location has better customer service and larger subs.
