Great dining experience! The workers were excellent, helpful and kind. Clear concise service and were always willing to answer questions we had about the menu. March 22, Saturday at 7:39pm. Definitely would eat here again.

Food was good. Only two staff members at the store, but they were WONDERFUL. Very accommodating of my allergy and careful, which was much appreciated. The lady at the register even offered to bring my milkshake out to me. Greeted us with a smile. I haven’t seen service like this since before 2020. 3/22/25 around 7:30 PM

Waited inside for 20 mins for a mobile order! Fries were cold, drink machine was out of multiple syrups. Girl up front seemed to be doing her best so I'm not blaming her. The parking lot always seems dead so I tried to support. Won't be back

Really nice lady working the the register inside and the drive thru today. Very friendly and outgoing. Great food and fast here. Definitely recommend this Hardees on West Main St in Salem!
BEWARE if ordering a kids meal with milk for your child. We realized after leaving the restaurant (we're traveling through the state) that the milk they gave us was rancid. The expiration date was fine and the bottle was sealed so clearly this is either a problem at the restaurant itself or from the distributor. Please be careful and check your child's milk before giving it to them!!
