Orderd 3 frisco breakfast sandwiches an order of hash rounds and biscuit and gravy. One Frisco sandwich didn't have egg , others didn't have ham ; hash rounds were soaked with grease and taste stale . Everything was stone cold and not worth eating half of it .

The service was extremely slow. The food was just slapped together. The workers in the back did not pitch in to help each other. The poor manager was at her wits end.

We have come here multiple times , it takes 15 mins from placing order to receiving it. Possibly the slowest Drive through in SW VA. !!!

Rewards code would not work. Was told codes often don’t work and could not override the price.
Why be a loyal customer if rewards aren’t usable?

Well the very first time both my biscuits taste it as if they were day old neither one of them or hot or warm and I have frequent dislocation before without any disappointments in my food

Night time staff clearly isn't trained. Drink machine wasn't working. They didn't have half of the menu available at 7:00 @ night. Employees were not qualified. Hardee's obviously doesn't give a damn about what their customers think, as my previous post still has no response, and now I have been standing here waiting for breakfast at my second Hardee's stop this morning. The first one I stood there as the only customer for 10 minutes and did not have my order taken, and the assistant manager had attitude with every customer and her employees. I then move on to a second Hardee's and stand in line for 10 minutes get my order taken and now I've been waiting another 10 minutes to have it filled. Unacceptable! Both of these stores are run by Boddie-Noell.
