Rewards code would not work. Was told codes often don’t work and could not override the price. Why be a loyal customer if rewards aren’t usable? Been a customer over 50 years.

Well the very first time both my biscuits taste it as if they were day old neither one of them or hot or warm and I have frequent dislocation before without any disappointments in my food

Night time staff clearly isn't trained. Drink machine wasn't working. They didn't have half of the menu available at 7:00 @ night. Employees were not qualified. Hardee's obviously doesn't give a damn about what their customers think, as my previous post still has no response, and now I have been standing here waiting for breakfast at my second Hardee's stop this morning. The first one I stood there as the only customer for 10 minutes and did not have my order taken, and the assistant manager had attitude with every customer and her employees. I then move on to a second Hardee's and stand in line for 10 minutes get my order taken and now I've been waiting another 10 minutes to have it filled. Unacceptable! Both of these stores are run by Boddie-Noell.

Stopped there for breakfast this morning just to get back home and my wife noticed this green “mold” looking stuff in the egg on the biscuit. Pretty sad someone literally looks at the egg as they prep the biscuit and still served it. Gross….

I just came to this location to order food, but apparently the only thing open was the drive thru......I wasn't even acknowledged by the manager. So I did not order food I walked out due to lack of appropriate service....I don't recommend this location

This place is horrible. My family of 3 (my wife, and I and my daughter who are disabled) TRIED to eat there. The egg literally tasted and looked like melted PLASTIC! Yes, PLASTIC, like the kind cheese is wrapped in. The chicken in the biscuit was overcooked. The biscuit was either over cooked or left under a warmer too long and hard. Tried to use a coupon, the employee just stood and waited after I scanned. I had to ask if it went through, then, she kept turning the card reader around and looking at it as I tried 3 times. She was of ZERO help and didn't care. I have non visible cognitive issues. She just kept waiting like I was gonna pay full price. She didn't help me with the coupon at all! I had a legitimate app coupon. She could have done something, but apparently my plight and need to use a coupon was a hassle to their day. It even appeared as though they (her and others) laughed at us. She was rude, even when I said "well , I wont be eating I guess". SHE HAD ZERO CARES! All I got was a orange juice for myself. I couldn't pay full price at $28! for 3 meals. We were on a non-scheduled necessitive trip with very little finances.
We visited a Wendys later that night and when the app had an issue, the employee said "I got it" and took off the amount of the coupon with a smile. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Food tasted horrible at this hardees, oh yeah, there were a several hash browns that were so over cooked, they were hard and there was nothing in them! Wouldnt ever go to this place again. Lousy and shameful.
