They close early and open late whenever they feel like it, dine in takes forever to get your food and tables are always dirty.

Drive through is incredibly slow and gets the order wrong about half the time. If I don't have time to dine-in, I won't eat there.

They once were the gold standard for biscuits and other breakfastfood. That time has passed. The food was sub par.
McDonald's was much better.

It's an interesting Hardees!! Everyone is always courteous and quick but it seems to be empty most of the time with primarily drive through business. Probably just a product of it's location. But food is always what you would expect and the place is always clean and in good order.
I walked in and placed my order and received it in a matter of minutes. The manager was very helpful and courteous. I needed a kind word and the manager picked up on it that I was having a bad day. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly.

Hardee's is a fast food restaurant and for that reason so you should take the five stars with a grain of salt. BUT! There is no other restaurant we seek out when traveling because they do two things perfectly. NO ONE makes a better biscuit and NO ONE makes better chicken tenders. Trust me! I'm old AF and I've traveled a reasonable amount. It's Hardee's chicken tenders and Hardee's country ham biscuit ( with a slice of tomato which is added for a small fee.) You too can travel confidently knowing that you can usually find a Hardee's east of Indiana.
Terrible service. Employees complaining constantly. Just wanted a hamburger and waited at least 20 minutes and most of time nothing constructive was going on
Food good. Drive-thru better than last time.
Just went thru the drive thru. Really good breakfast biskets.
Don't come after bout mid day most of the time lobby is locked only one employee working and half the time they rude. Left standing outside waiting on an mobile order pickup 10 mins after I was supposed to pick up
