Came to Kentucky Fried chicken to get a meal to take home to the family for dinner. It’s 6 o’clock in the evening. You would think they would be well stocked and ready for the dinner rush but unfortunately, I have to wait almost 20 minutes to get chicken breast made this is has to be the most mismanaged franchise I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s just not this KFC in Salem Virginia. It’s all of them every time you go to one. They don’t have any food ready for you. I just don’t understand it as a business owner of myself I would have to say enough is enough. we’re going to either meet the demands of our customers or we’re gonna close the doors it’s absolutely crazy.

Tell me why Everytime I come to this establishment I have to wait 20 minutes for a damn chicken sandwich and fries? Never coming here again, when I can go to Popeyes and get TWO chicken sandwiches and fries and not have to wait at all. I wouldn't be pissed if it was just a couple times, because I get it, you have to cook it. But EVERYTIME?! No wonder this place gets no business at night.

Ordered takeout for four people. Restaurant was clean, trash cans were emptied and bathrooms were freshly cleaned. Staff was friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and ready on time. All items were in the bag, no mistakes. Excellent experience - We will order here again.

Waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They told me it would be 10 minutes 5 minutes after I ordered, then it was 15 minutes from then. Restaurant was also not clean.
Chicken sandwich and fries were fresh, my mom and dad both got a chicken meal and theirs was fresh too. Floors could've used some cleaning, as well as the parking lot. Staff looked a little harried though so I'm guessing they're shorthanded like other places.

This was in Salem, VA. Only had 2 people working. When they handle your money they never washed their hands. And running the food outside never washed their hands. Countertops was nasty. The tables wasn't wiped off. We had to wait until they got drive thru done before they waited on us. We waited 23 minutes. Then when we got to order it was going to be 35 minutes before the chicken would be ready. So everyone left which was bout 11 people. I will never go to that one again. NEVER.
