My husband I went thru the drive thru in salem. We asked for 2 6 piece hot and spicy combos. They asked if we wanted regular or spicy. We said one spicy one and one regular. When we got home the regular wings only included 3 wings and potatoe wedges. The potatoe wedges were very hard and barely edible. I called to tell them and they offered to fix it but after being at work I was to tired to drive back which I really appreciate. If the meal has any differences between spicy and not spicy just let people know. And give customers fresh food.

I was absolutely disgusted with the way Jeremy, the manager, treated his staff. We were sitting in the lobby eating, and you could overhear him screaming at his staff. You could tell it affects the staff by how they act, and that attitude carries over into how the customers are treated. That is no way to behave and treat people. As a supervisor, it doesn’t matter where, you are supposed to model what you want to see in your staff and be someone to look up to and seek support from. Very disappointed.

Me and my husband ordered food here yesterday and after we ate it made us sick so we went the next day and was very nice and polite about it and had told the manager and she said they couldn't do anything about it cause we didn't have the food remindu that we ate but had the recipt she was very rude to my husband told her that's okay cause we are gonna call corporate 32$ worth of food that makes you sick and can't even get your money back wantbe coming back to this KFC!!!!!
Placed order on app. Big girl jessica says were sorry somebody probably took your order theres nothing i can do. No refund no food, just ignores. Absolutly awful. We think she ate it.

Came to Kentucky Fried chicken to get a meal to take home to the family for dinner. It’s 6 o’clock in the evening. You would think they would be well stocked and ready for the dinner rush but unfortunately, I have to wait almost 20 minutes to get chicken breast made this is has to be the most mismanaged franchise I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s just not this KFC in Salem Virginia. It’s all of them every time you go to one. They don’t have any food ready for you. I just don’t understand it as a business owner of myself I would have to say enough is enough. we’re going to either meet the demands of our customers or we’re gonna close the doors it’s absolutely crazy.
