Manager Jeremy was great! Very friendly, went above and beyond. Food is always fresh and delicious! The new peaches and cream mountain dew is a MUST try!

I was absolutely disgusted with the way Jeremy, the manager, treated his staff. We were sitting in the lobby eating, and you could overhear him screaming at his staff. You could tell it affects the staff by how they act, and that attitude carries over into how the customers are treated. That is no way to behave and treat people. As a supervisor, it doesn’t matter where, you are supposed to model what you want to see in your staff and be someone to look up to and seek support from. Very disappointed.

Scam alert** some people do not have credit cards or internet. Your deals are unfair they only go to a choice few. This is an outrage I have notified all my friends due to unfair practices we will not visit KFC in the future. You should make deals for everyone. 😡😡😡

Me and my husband ordered food here yesterday and after we ate it made us sick so we went the next day and was very nice and polite about it and had told the manager and she said they couldn't do anything about it cause we didn't have the food remindu that we ate but had the recipt she was very rude to my husband told her that's okay cause we are gonna call corporate 32$ worth of food that makes you sick and can't even get your money back wantbe coming back to this KFC!!!!!
Placed order on app. Big girl jessica says were sorry somebody probably took your order theres nothing i can do. No refund no food, just ignores. Absolutly awful. We think she ate it.

Came to Kentucky Fried chicken to get a meal to take home to the family for dinner. It’s 6 o’clock in the evening. You would think they would be well stocked and ready for the dinner rush but unfortunately, I have to wait almost 20 minutes to get chicken breast made this is has to be the most mismanaged franchise I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s just not this KFC in Salem Virginia. It’s all of them every time you go to one. They don’t have any food ready for you. I just don’t understand it as a business owner of myself I would have to say enough is enough. we’re going to either meet the demands of our customers or we’re gonna close the doors it’s absolutely crazy.

Never coming here again, when I can go to Popeyes and get TWO chicken sandwiches and fries and not have to wait at all. I wouldn't be pissed if it was just a couple times, because I get it, you have to cook it. But EVERYTIME?! No wonder this place gets no business at night.
