Not 24 hours. Went to 3 different “24 hour†Kroger's in my area at 1 am for children's cough syrup and none were actually open. I called and no one answered. Please update your hours If your closed for a certain amount of time in the middle of the night

My father had forgotten his medicine at my house following a visit and I had to ship it cold back to him. I had walked into this Kroger looking for advice on how to transport medicine and walked out with a free cooler and ice packs. Thanks for making it easy to stay loyal to Kroger.

Went back to our local Ridgewood Farms Kroger grocery store to do our shopping today. On the list was some Shadybrook Farms turkey breakfast sausage since the week before we had purchased it and after getting home discovered it’s best by date was back in December. I returned it the same day because I wanted to get a fresh one. I gave it to the customer Service agent who was on duty and he said just go and get a new one. When I went to the freezer case every one in the case was expired. I went back to customer Service and told him all of them were old and out of date. He gave me a refund and I left. Fast forward to today and the same expired out of date sausage is still on the shelf!
