I used my debit card at this store twice this past year. Both times after using it, I started getting fraudulent charges on my card. Twice I had to get my card replaced. I will not be using this store again. Management should look into one of the employees using customers numbers.

My husband went to get my order and they gave him the wrong thing and then took it back when he went back after calling me. He had been standing there for close to an hour... CLOSE to it, they also confused him with someone who ordered 5 pizzas... And they didn't give him my extra sauce, that I ordered.

The irony of walking past three employees taking a smoke break, walking into an empty store and waiting for five minutes. Eventually I can hear two employees talking about a door dash driver and how "he had no right to talk to them like that" while completely ignoring the front of the house is crazy. No one ever did come to the front so I left without buying anything. They should just shut down all locations if the employees are going to be like this at every single one.

Picked up a pizza for dinner, something quick. Got home and the breadsticks were good but the pizza was awful. It had probably been made for a couple hours. The crust and cheese were cold and hard. I only live 5 minutes away. It was nasty.

Frequent flyer at this location and haven't encountered any noteworthy issues... Food is always as ordered and if any issues no friction to getting it corrected...

I had ordered a few Little Ceasars pizzas since moving to a town that has a little ceasars, but today was my last time ever. I ordered a Classic Pepperoni pizza. Should be one of the easiest to make. I drove all the way there and brought it home, opened the box to a BURNT pizza. I mean black on top burnt, crust hard as a rock burnt, totally inedible burnt.I called the store in Salem and told the person on the phone I got a burnt pizza. "Well I'm training someone so sometimes you will get a burnt pizza, that happens." WAs the response!!! Really???? I don't think so! I did not pay for a burnt pizza!I did get a refund after telling her that I am not driving all the way down there again for a replacement that her trainee makes and probably burns again. Why if she is supervising a trainee is she not checking the pizzas first? It did not even have a classic crust and it had NO SAUCE. It went in the dumpster was totally inedible and I won't go there again.

Love the pizza but it is way to hot in her for customers and most importantly the staff . I felt so bad so the staff . Someone needs to fix this asap before someone has a heat
