Sicilian pizza dough was not cooked through. The dough in the center was raw, yet the outer crust was dark. Waitress took it back to the kitchen for a second try, but when it came back, the bottom of the pizza was crispy black and bottom crust still uncooked dough. Disappointing. They canceled the check and offered free Gelato. (It was rather tasteless, so we didn't finish it.)Our Waitress was apologetic and tried all she could to make the situation better. It was very busy and no doubt the kitchen was very rushed. The pizza that our dining partners ordered seemed ok.

This place has wonderful food and great service. Lunch buffet has a wonderful selection of salads, pastas, wings, and pizza. All the food is good. Restaurant is plain and dull but the food is worth it.
Had heard many rave about going here. Decided on a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli. It was good, but the alfredo sauce was very runny. I got it takeout, so it may have been trapped moisture in the tigo container, but it still should have been much thicker overall. I will be giving them another chance dining in next time.

Really enjoyed our visit to Mama Maria's! The young lady who served everyone was delightful! This provided a great start to what was very good food! My wife had the Cesar salad with shrimp, son had a cheese pizza, and I went for the bbq pizza. The cheese pizza was a perfect balance of cheese and sauce mine was rich in bbq sauce, cheese, pineapple with just the right amount of onion. Both of the pizzas had a perfectly done crunchy crust. If we are ever back in the area, will definitely return here!
