Food was nasty an cold .I had to go back in to ask for fresh fries they gave me the same cold old French fries. Get ya'll stuff together an hire all new people there.

I ordered door dash a steak biscuit no egg no onion with hash browns and sweet tea.wen my order arrived it was on a bagel..with mayo . No hashbrown and seeet tea with lemon the whole order was wrong. Then I try to call no answer phone doesn’t ring. I have a spot and have low sugar so now I can’t eat .. I will never order there again.you should get employees that can read.., I should get a refund
I don't usually write negative reviews for businesses, but based on my experience with this restaurant today, I will. I play the McDonald's Monopoly game, and I saw that today was the last day to get pieces for the game. I ordered $27.00 worth of food to try to get the last piece I need to win a prize. I placed the order at home on the app, then went to the restaurant to pick my food up. The trouble started when I pulled up to the speaker to give the order taker my code to pick up the food. She was so rude. Screaming at and insulting me over the loud speaker. I have rarely been treated worse. When I finally got my food home, I discovered that my fries weren't filled like they were supposed to be. They were only half full! To make matters worse, the food I received was supposed to contain 7 game pieces. The order only game with 3 game pieces! I am shocked and angry right now, and I do not know if I will visit this location again. What a horrible experience to ruin a perfectly good Sunday afternoon.

I am a part time DoorDasher..and this restaurant is always the best. They have the orders ready and the management is very fit. They help me keep my customers happy with awesome service time.
My only complaint is that there was an employee with her belly showing (a medium skinned woman with tattoos on her face) and on her phone..loudly being open about her personal issues...and it seemed to affect drive thru times. ..as she was very concerned about taking on her phone on speaker. It seemed very perfessional and the time she was in drive thru we waited 26 min for our order.

This McDonalds is ok. The rating would be better if they didn't charge more than the amount the as the other McDonalds. The food temperature varies.

If I could give a zero i would. Two days now 2 of my cards have been used at this location and I have not been here since June 30th. Wednesday night the manager said they would look into it then tonight the manager was laughing and saying I need to take it up with my bank. No you need to figure out which employee stole my card numbers. It's not my bank when it was 2 completely different cards used.

I was served a burger with visible mold on the bottom bun. I took several bites before noticing because I hadn’t eaten much in days after losing a family member & I just needed something quick and didn’t inspect it while in the car.
I’ve reported it to corporate and the health department. Just a heads up: check your food before eating if you order from here. I hope they take this seriously and improve quality control.

Literally beyond done here. They always make you pull up to wait on your food and it’s like 20 min or you just give up and go inside to get it which defeats using drive thru. They constantly mess up your order. One time we found a string of some sort in our iced coffee. I don’t know who’s running this joint but it’s ridiculous
