The pizza tastes fine but the store repeatedly has left items out of the order. I use the Papa John's app to order but it ends up getting delivered by DoorDash. The store tells the driver that all the items are there and that small things, like extra sauces, are in the box. Except they aren't, and the DoorDash driver can't open the boxes to verify. Very frustrating, especially when you call the store and get told the missing items will be refunded but they never are.

I was just in there the manager was absolutely so rude refused to honor the coupon that I had wouldn't make the pizza the way I asked for it to be made without the cheese I was so rude and kept calling me sweetie I would highly recommend going two steps down the street to Domino's

They do everything here but wash their hands! Multiple staff members today touched keyboards, store phone, doors and personal cellphones and never washed their hands! If you end up getting sick from here this is why. Absolutely disgusting

This location has been declining for some time now and tonight’s order has helped in my final decision to no longer order from Papa John’s. The pizzas and cheese sticks weren’t even warm. I have no idea how long this food set out or was in someone’s car, but I suspect they do NOT have an hot bag to keep it in. And I don’t know why the pizza isn’t fully cut. It’s like they rush thru it, and don’t even cut it all the way thru. I’m just over this. No more.

Very, very disappointed tonight. Order pizza it was delivered on time however, there was no garlic sauce. I called the store to ask about whether they were out of it. I was told no they are not out of it and there’s nothing he could do about the situation. There was no offer to have a driver just swing by and drop some off on their next trip out. (He did not ask, but I live 2 blocks from the store) part of the whole reason you order Papa John’s is for the garlic sauce with your pizza..

Had confidence that when I order a HALF AND HALF PIZZA ONLINE SPECIFYING THE TOPPINGS I WANT AND WHERE I WANT THEM that it would get done CORRECTLY and HERE WE ARE THREE EFFING SLICES only had toppings on them! The slice I’ve eaten on and the two beside them! This location is a fn JOKE!!! REVIEW WITH PHOTO ON GOOGLE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS manager was very nice but whoever made my pizza SUCKS!!! RAY CHARLES could have made a better pizza TF! When you play with my money you play with me. Read between the lines 🤚🏽

If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. Worst place to eat and work at. Would not recommend. I was the shift lead manager there and dealt with a lot of backlash and got terminated this last time before bringing a doctors note for being sick with pneumonia. They are more worried about sales and then the safety of your well being as an employee and customer. They sell dough that is expired and ingredients that's not better as their slogan and change labels to make them look fresh for corporate and the district manager and health inspector. They also have dough that if not sold they will use to get sold to cut on waste. They are beyond disgusting in general.

Just order a New York Style pizza for $10.99. The picture has pepperoni. I got a plain cheese extra large pizza. Was expecting pepperoni since it’s on the pizza in the picture. Called the local PJ number. I was told I have to add that. What? WHAT? Since when? No disclaimer on the picture saying I have to add pepperoni. Bait and switch? Yes I made a formal complaint. THEY CAN DO BETTER! Boneless chicken pieces was warm, pizza was warm, jalapeño bites warm. This location has really fallen. Service was really fast though. Pizza order was scheduled for 45 minutes later from time of order. SMH
