Asked for an Uced Chai Latte and the cup had 60% of its volume in ice.
At the end you are paying almist $6,00 for a cup of ice.
I was told by the manager this is standard.
I telk it id not standard, it is a rip off 🤬🤬

2 Stars because: my drinks are very inconsistent in quality and that is a big issue when paying nearly $7 for an iced caramel macchiato. Sometimes the drink is perfect, but it mostly is made wrong. I ask for extra caramel drizzle in the cup (just a preference for me and an easy request) and I barely get that. Today, my drink was positively made without any syrup. My first sip was milk and expresso with no sweetness. The staff are always so sweet, but please maybe do a training or reminder on how the drinks are to be made, quantity of product, and that they are not forgetting essential ingredients. I dread coming to this location, so I often drive out of my way to another that makes the drinks properly.
Hope to see a change! :)

2 main issues with this location: the ac and the bathrooms. The AC comes on randomly and the vents blow the air right where you sit. This makes this location unreliable as a study spot since you never know when you’re going to have to leave 5 minutes after sitting cause you’re getting frozen to death. Then the bathrooms, there’s a code. This is so tacky for Starbucks to do. It’s annoying to have to ask the busy workers for the bathroom code just because corporate decided that only specific locations should have easily accessible bathrooms. I’ve been to most Starbucks in the Roanoke/Salem area, and this one is the only one I’ve seen that does the bathroom code, so it’s even weirder that it’s not a consistent thing.

I've ordered online two times so far and every time I order my order is never ready, there is a young lady or man I'm not sure what they are with glasses and a fake ponytail with a bad attitude. How do you have three drinks ready with no drink carrier and then you ask that person still to wait longer so you can take care of a new order. I spent 2 minutes waiting for her to attend to me just waiting on him or her to finish writing something on a cup, a five paragraph comment to somebody. I'm not coming back to the Starbucks this place sucks The service is horrible you can stand there waiting for 5 minutes and nobody even greets you. You guys need to take a look at your help right now.

Understaffed. The two workers prioritize the drive through and online. I thought Starbucks was going back to caring about its in person customers? No sharpies here and a long wait despite no one ahead of me in person (wait to have order taken amd wait for it to come out).

Glad my Starbucks balance is now zero, as I am done with the chain.

I was the only customer inside this morning and still couldn't get my coffee correct. HALF the amount of syrup, please. Relieved a venti cup of sugar, undeniable. I regret paying high prices for coffee already, but for a cup of sugar? What? I was the only person inside. And you want me to tip????

The long dark haired gentleman taking our order was rushing us while trying to look at the menu. We asked for a moment to look at said menu and spent about a minute looking at what to get, in the time he asked us three times what we wanted in an attempt to rush us, there was nobody behind us in line.
