In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

2 main issues with this location: the ac and the bathrooms. The AC comes on randomly and the vents blow the air right where you sit. This makes this location unreliable as a study spot since you never know when you’re going to have to leave 5 minutes after sitting cause you’re getting frozen to death. Then the bathrooms, there’s a code. This is so tacky for Starbucks to do. It’s annoying to have to ask the busy workers for the bathroom code just because corporate decided...

Understaffed. The two workers prioritize the drive through and online. I thought Starbucks was going back to caring about its in person customers? No sharpies here and a long wait despite no one ahead of me in person (wait to have order taken amd wait for it to come out).
