Last week I would've given a complete five but my return visit today found inconsistency with the service. I realize on this visit they are busier than my last but it appears they are more staffed than last year it seemed the only one to serve me was the same but when I attempted to compliment her for her work ethic it was to my hearing refuted negatively. For sure, I'll visit a third time on this trip to experience how it all shakes out.

Christopher was extremely rude whenever I ordered a grande iced breve with vanilla syrup. He repeatedly asked me what kind of breve I wanted and I told him an ice breve. (Breve is different from a latte because it uses half-and-half instead of milk, if I wanted a latte, I would’ve ordered a latte) Christopher repeatedly kept asking me what kind of breve I wanted when there’s actually only one type of breve. When I got to the window, he told me he didn’t understand what I wanted, and that all he kept hearing was me say “ breve, breve, breve” (He was mocking me) and then when I got my order, it wasn’t even run in right. I ended up getting a Venti breve with no syrup. The coffee was too expensive to be paired with the awful customer service

Always the best place to relax over a coffee. With WiFi and ample space it’s great. Warmth of the place is so nice I wanted to stay more but need to hit the road to head back home.

It's 5am man, no one wants to be out that early but hey we all gotta make a living. If the website says 5am, I'm expecting to be able to get a drink by 5:20, if the hours aren't the same update your hours, dog. Nothing worse than looking forward to some sort of hot caffeinated beverage in being let down but still having to go to work at 5:30 in the morning
